Pleasant place to work out. Large space. Lots of equipment. The trainer is friendly, supportive, well behaved and caring nature. One must visit.

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. They got a good number of equipments too. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe.

I am a member of this gym for more than one year. I found this the best Gym in Muvattupuzha equipped with all the necessary arrangements / machines for fitness training and body building providing fitness training at the most affordable rates. Moreover the owner himself is an expert trainer who gives personal attention and training. It is an air conditioned and well maintained hygienic gym for both men and women.

Superb place to exercise, very gud trainers, properly maintained and cleaned. After my 4 months of experience i could easily recommend it.
Also fee is also comparitively very low when compared to all a/c gyms availble in Muvattupuzha
