I have visited today to buy a Shirt of 2299, after shirt selected & went to billing counter, i have a 500rs gift voucher, they told due to server issue they ignored my voucher & i came back without purchasing, First visit in lifestyle with bad service.

Very bad customer service, today at 21.35, we where there at the billing counter of GRAND MALL SHOWROOM AT EDAPPALLY, KOCHI, but the staffs refused to bill the items worth atleast ₹3000/- and above. There were no supervisor, or PRO staffs available in the showroom to complain. Staffs are irresponsible idiots, who are treat themselves as owners. They are actually spoiling the goodwill and brand value of LIFESTYLE. BE REST ASSURED THAT MYSELF AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS SHALL NEVER VISIT LIFESTYLE FROM HERE AHEAD. We felt like ill-treated, and left the showroom and continued our shopping at LULU mall.

Wanted to visit lifestyle than any shops at Lulu. Lifestyle n home centre at Grandmall didn't disappoint me. Besides Forca and other brands, these outlets are rush free and easy pick up points for uber and other taxis. I will visit again with the family next time

Recently me and my friends visited the mall in men section to purchase a jacket for me and none of the staff there took care of us most of the staffs was taking to each other and they dont care about anything happing around and when i went to a sales girl to enquire about the jacket she was having zero knowledge and told us that she is new staff and the guy who handdle the section is on leave this was really poor and no one else there was even looking at usand continue taling each other the guy in the shoe section was also speaking tothe neary by girl with out looking us we spend our 20 rippes in parking our car and came out from the mall with in 10 minutes becoz of this wrong attitude by the salesman there

I went there 2 days before. One of the staff member was following me like I was there to steal something. Its annoying as hell. I felt very awkward and left there faster than entering. Never going to that shop again

Came in wanting to buy things, but there was a rude and extremely unprofessional staff member! So I walked out of that store as fast as I came in. 0/10 for customer service.

Have a great collection at the men's section. Quality is very good and have the price for that quality. Don't expect to get low priced dress.
The salesman behaviour is also good.
