Well mannered and well behaved doctor. Very effective medicines. The staff were good too. Parking space available. Lift service provided. Overall a good experience.

Have done non surgical body fat reduction and within 1month reduced 8 kg, no pain during the procedure and spent around 30 minits in the clinic. Staffs are very supportive. Thank you.

Any problem with hair go there they must have a minoxidil 3 of us went there 3 people have different problem but minoxidil for all. But the illness did not go away.is expensive

In November 2021, I turned to Dr. Jenny, desperately seeking a solution for my persistent pimples and scars. From the get-go, Dr. Jenny was thorough, recommending a list of blood tests that revealed a cholesterol and Vitamin D deficiency - issues she promptly addressed with medication.

The treatment journey began soon after, spanning 4 months with sessions of PRP, laser treatments, micro-needling, and even Carbon Laser and PRF. While the changes post-treatment were evident, their longevity was not, which was disheartening given the financial and emotional investment.

However, the silver lining throughout was the clinic's staff, and Dr. Jenny, who was very kind and supportive. It's the warmth and professionalism of the team that had me revisiting, even when the improvements seemed negligible. One notable achievement was the considerable reduction in my acne during the treatment phase.

There came a point where I took a turn, both due to work commitments and dwindling motivation. After a while, due to my new lifestyle my skin began regressing, leading me back to the clinic. This time, I was introduced to a dietician who reshaped my eating habits – a regime I diligently follow even now.

After a while, relying on accumulated knowledge and advice from peers, I crafted my own skincare routine. The results were much better and cost a fraction of what I'd spent on treatments. Naturally, my review dropped from 5 stars to 3.

But here's what sets Dr. Jenny's clinic apart: Their post-treatment care. Upon noticing my amended review, the clinic reached out multiple times, addressing my concerns, and offering advice for enhanced results. It's rare to find a business so deeply invested in client satisfaction.

As I write this in August 2023, I want potential patients to know that while my journey with Dr. Jenny had its ups and downs, the clinic's unwavering commitment to their clients is commendable. They truly care, and that makes all the difference.

It was a absolute luck that I got to meet Dr. Jenny. She is very articulate and meticulous at her practice and identified the root cause of my skin issue.

Excellent experience on consultation and treatment from Dr. Jenny. After a long research took a decision for hair transplantation. I was reassured and a full explanation of a treatment plan and costs was discussed in detail. Procedures were painless and slightly expensive but far better compared with peers. Commentable service on post procedure follow up by Disna and perfect guidance from dietician Devapriya which you might miss from other similar clinics.

Lisa skin clinic has a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere with a highly skilled and professional doctor, Dr Jenny Mathew along with a good set of helpful staff whom I've seen giving good and special attention to every patient who visits Lisa. It also has latest equipments and procedures done. Along with the medicines we are also directed to the dietician here who provides a proper guidance of the food changes that has to be brought if any by closely examining our skin conditions. I went there for my pimple treatment. They made me do many blood tests and gave me expensive medicines but everything was useless and my pimples even increased so badly.
