Lotus8 A' PART Hotel , 4 star

DO NOT STAY HERE run far away from it! Checked in for a few hours due to catching a flight in the morning. The bathroom is the WORST PART smelled like urine so strong, and then there were BED BUGS on the sheets, the outlet plug felI off the wall, checked out instantly and moved to the Marriott hotel down the street at midnight! I repeat dont stay here at all. I came all the way from USA to visit family and this is absolutely disgusting!

This isn't a 4-star by a long stretch. Was here for an overnight stay as it was close to the airport. Torn bedsheets, unchanged bedsheets (sheet was wrinkled under the blanket), and very old blankets. I didn't have time to complain or ask for a change as I was there for only 4hrs and had a flight to catch in the early hours. I used towels to sleep on and cover. These (clean bedding) are very important for guests but small things that can easily be fixed. I should have taken photos (intended to, but had flight issues to contend with).

The hotel is close to the airport, just in case one arrives late night and starts for road journey next morning. The rooms are well designed but not being maintained. The washrooms are disappointing, small and messy. With little effort on the upgradation the hotel can come up to the mark. Service at the restaurant is fine. Overall fine for a night with the tariff charged.

We are not happy with the hotel and Stayed for short time.it was a worst experience… Lenin was not good, ac was tripped twice.and worst part is that when I asked dental kit they are asking money for that. I never seen this any of the hotels in india that too we are paying good amount of stay. I don’t recommend such type of hotels.

I have visited Lotus 8 Hotel near Nedumbassery Airport several times and have stayed there. In my opinion, its a very good Hotel for your stay, staff are too co-operative. Your demands are also heard. Majority of my guests have stayed there and have pinned a very good opinion related to the Hotel Lotus 8.
I am sure that the staff with Mr. Sachin will put up the same efforts to maintain this trend.
Keep it up. Excellent service. Well natured and groomed staff. No photos taken during my visit so not able to share now. Will review the same in future visits also.

Visited this hotel today for an enquiry. But worst behaviour from the receptionist.
Will never suggest this hotel to anyone.

Very good service. I start using this hotel since it started.when ever I need to go to the airport issue, either travel or receiving my dear ones, I stay in this hotel. The complimentary breakfast is vv good. Also the rent is very much attractive.

Situated in kochi airport area lotus8 A'PART hotel is beautiful property which is family friendly with Humble staff, good food, kids play area, spa, gym. Rooms are spacious. We were given a 1 BHK apartment with Microwave oven, a sofa, Kitchen sink, dining table, refrigerator, kettle, tv etc. Restaurant has wide range of breakfast buffet. The rooftop garden gives a great view. They have pick up and drop facility aswell.

Good ambience but they need to improve the service as it's very slow (for restaurant)

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are pretty neat and spacious as well. Suggestion - The food tastes okay but the small portions doesn't make it worth the money.

About the restaurant, the service is really bad. The restaurant was a favourite destination of ours but these days service quality has come down very much. Long waiting time even for soup and starters. Tables and floor are not clean enough which may be result pf staff shortage. Anyway a terrible experience for us. Won’t suggest the restaurant even if you are staying there.

The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. The hotel is near to the Cochin International Airport and they provide free airport transfers according to your requirements. Lotus8 will always be our pick for stay in Nedumbassery

Let the pictures speak for themselves. Couldn't sleep in that place because I literally felt the moisture in the air. And then, of course, I could see it everywhere. If it were not for the servicing staff, it would only be one star.

Not at all satisfied, they promised an airport pick up, waited for one hour nothing happen, so any one make booking make sure about their services before making payment

Stayed here only for one night since our flight reached late in night and Munnar is 3-4hrs from airport. Humble staff, good food, room is spacious as well, average clean. But it’s worth the price you pay for.

Nice stay but the hotel won't give any discount if you book directly but you may get cheap rates through other hotel booking apps. Access to airport is good. They have pick up and drop facility also.

A very decent, comfortable apartment hotel near the Cochin International Airport. It is just 500 metres from the airport.

I called them at the night around 2 a.m. Since my other hotel was very busy picking up other customers. I was furious at them and dialed up Lotus8 hotel. They were courteous enough to pay heed to my request of sending the car within 5 mins and they really did so.

The rooms were comfortable. We were given a 1 BHK apartment, complete with Microwave oven, a sofa, Kitchen sink, a small table, refrigerator, water jug and a bathroom with all amenities. The hotel has a good service too.

What I liked was the colorful walls and the staircase which ran in between the hotel, instead of some corner. The breakfast is good too.

Lotus8 hotel have good ambience to host meetings, programs or any kinds of parties and events. Even the restaurant is nice. Also they have adequate parking space. The rooftop garden give a great view to the surrounding areas and the airport.

Located with in the premises of CIAL airport itself. I was offered accommodation by Emirates Airline due to an overbooked flight.

The hotel is awesome. The staffs are too dedicated and service oriented with out negative attitude. Clean and neat rooms and toilet.

The food was delicious and many varieties was available to choose.

Pickup and dropoff service, and flight reminder room call service were prompt.

Beer and wine facility available at reasonable rate.

Highly recommended.

Even 4 hour short stay is available.which is really useful during flight delays.

A great option, if you are planning stay close to the airport. Clean, good looking hotel. Very close to cochin airport. Not so pricey compared to near by star hotels.

Nothing like a 4 star hotel. No Remote for A/C. Popular English channel like HBO not available on TV. Poor room service. Food preparation takes a lot of time after ordering. We had to sit for 45 minutes for getting what we ordered in restaurant. Most things on menu card were not available. Room smelled of cigratte smoke. No improvement even after complaining. Wifi was having limited area coverage with low data limits. Overall very poor experience.

We visited the restaurant on December 31 for a family dinner. Food was decent, they didn't have proper airconditioning. That's not what you expect from a restaurant serving buffet for Rs. 650
