Most international and local brands showrooms are available inside the mall. The weekends will be very rush place and the traffic is another issue of this place. It's very organized and everything is labeled, shelved easy to find. The staff are helpful too. Hypermarket aside, there are lots of branded shops with mostly quality products and services. If you're rich enough, you can afford these, but good thing is you get guarantee and loyalty points, etc. Food court also spacious and to some extent varieties of food stall. The stores there offer you a real variety of shopping experience. To see and enjoy everything there, you require atleast half a day to see every single corner of it. The shopping there seems to be a bit on the expensive. It also has a good entertainment zone for the kids and the family. Feeding rooms for new mothers, Clean washrooms, prayer rooms, friendly staff and best thing. The parking spots were fantastic.

First of its kind in kerala. This giant mall was introduced in kerala 9 yrs ago, but its seems to be young. Too much crowded. Still its very difficult to get parking. You have to wait for atleast 1/2 hour for parking.

Best mall in kochi. But for that reason it's crowded. Especially saturdays and sundays. Food court is good. But menu is expensive. Parking and entering to the mall is a heavy task. Clean and pleasant always. Elevator is always crowded. But escalators are at every corners so no issue. Toilets are well maintained.

Really bad arrogant staff. They're not at all helpful for the customers. I used to be a josco customer, not anymore. The diamond section is just awful.

Too crowded during weekends or holidays. Best time to visit is around 10 or 11am or working days. Direct access to the metro station at Edappally on the second floor of the mall is a life saver for those taking public transport.

About Lulu mall. It's really big mall on kochi, you get everything from there, branded shops, normal shops everything is there, and their hyper market is awesome, you get so many offers on some items, their quality is also assured, even the food too, you'll get biriyani in kgs, sometimes their crowd is too much. We can't do anything, billing counters are 30, sometimes it's also full, waiting time is really high.

Very good place to shop. All kinds of brands and variety of range to fit your pocket. A must go while in Kochi.

Clean and well lit restaurant. Tasty idli vada. Coffee cup is great. Not the typical messy stainless steel inverted tumbler.

I got 850g beef bone.we are sadly to have it so don't give this type of biriyani to next person.

Almost everything is available here. Hyper mart is the best place where you will get everything with very reasonable rate. Plenty of choices, different varieties, good and hygiene. Don’t miss this place if you visit Kerala. Hyper mart covers quite large area. But you can expect crowd at any time. Many other shops of international standards are available here. There are places for entertainment for kids as well as young people. Cinema theatres and Food courts are also available inside the mall. One full day you can spend here. Parking area must be remembered before leaving or you may miss the place.

Malls are places to shop, drink, fine and entertain. Lulu Mall in Cochin is the largest mall in Kerala though much smaller bthan those in SEAsian countries.

Kerala is basically an agricultural state with rice as staple food, coconut products, spices, coffee, tea and herbs. You should hear this on mind as a tourist and buy these products as carry on to your country. There is an array of organic products here from ginger powder, saffron powder, coffee, tea and spices. Besides there is an array of pickles from salty to spicy hot ones from sarsarapilla roots or mahani, mangoes, lime, lemon, lentils etc etc. Then there are plantain chips, jackfruit chips, normal and spicy nuts even tomato laced nuts, cashews etc. These are the items we sought as it was fresh and there was a large be variety to pick, choose annd buy back home. Western tourists must buy back the chips as you won't get it easily there fresh and nice.

The mall has many fast food outlets and unlike overseas outlets all gave vegan and spicy stuff too. As mangoes are a main Kerala produce try fresh mango juice. For ice creams in the mall we tasted the less conventional ones.

The textile outlets here are also worth a visit. You can purchase the traditional white sarees and convert them to dresses back home if you wish.

The Food Court has a variety of stalls to choose from fast foods to light foods to a full thali meal.

Local coffee and tea which comes from the hills of the Western Ghats is a must try. Their filter coffee and spiced tea are a must taste for foreigners.

I like this mall because it has all the brands that I shop at in India which saves having to drive around in the Kochi traffic and then try and find parking. The food court and restaurants are limited but it's attached to the Marriot which adds a few more dining options. It is also close to the metro which is also quite handy.

Awesome and unbelievable. I visited this place last month i.e, on Dec 2018, our cab driver suggested us to visit this mall. Actually i thought its a usual like which i have seen in bangalore after entering to parking lot. I got amazed such a fantastic mall with lots of entrance and very very big mall. We need hours to complete one round.

I was very regular from opening to first two years then now after 5years again visited last day.

Great place to spent time, games area and other shops are also worth visiting. Lulu connect and Hypermarket is also huge and have a wide variety. The food court is also good but didn't enjoy eating from there as all the cutlery is plastic even the plate. Feels like you are having from roadside.

I had a really bad customer service experience, from the front desk. They are renting out spoilt prams. I realized that that at the middle of shoping, they still charge hourly rate even if I can't use it. Only supervisor can wave the charge for which I need to wait for another one hour.
