I had a great experience with mloft. I am extremely satisfied with collections. There were so many good and latest collections in sarees. I had a confusion while selecting but Joel and his staff members helped me a lot. The final sarees were draped on me so i got the real visualisation which help me to finalise my saree. All the team members were very friendly and cooperative. I really enjoyed shopping at mloft. Thank you the entire team members.

After hearing a lot about Mloft, we visited the place but had a negative experience than expected. Mr. Joel and his mom were there when we reached and both of them tried showing them different sarees according to our requirement. But, they had to leave for some other appointments and left us with their staff. None of the staff members were attending to our requirements, rather were keen in keeping back the sarees which Joel has shown. The staffs were talking to themselves and not showing any interests in our requests. We reached after 4 pm, so I am not sure if they were all preparing to wind up their work for the day or something else.

Anyways, I thought of writing this here so that it reaches to the right person.

Nice and same saree received as shown in the video. And also quick delivery. Customer dealing is also good.

Super Experience went there to just take a bridal saree but ended up taking sarees for the whole family. Unique designs, affordable and super customer centric service by Joel and Fam.

Amala designed my outfit? , I had no expectations or anything in my mind but she was kind and patient enough to give suggestions and start it from the scratch. The dress looks really beautiful. I gave measurements 3 months before and slightly put on some weight. After making the necessary changes in fittings Joel was kind enough to deliver the dress to my home within the agreed timeframe. My family loved the outfit. The shopping experience altogether is such a feel good vibe with the attitude of the staff and suggesting outfits and sarees as per our budget.

When I went there for my wedding saree purchase, a staff came and asked me about the budget and I said that I'm looking for a saree from low budget, she said some other staff will take care of us and she went somewhere. I've waited there for like 10mins nobody came and asked what I want so I left the store and went to mahalakshmi silks and bought a beautiful bridal saree. The money centric approach off the staffs from mloft has made me very disappointed.

We went there recently to purchase my sister's wedding saree and manthrakodi saree. We are so glad that we went there for the purchase, our parents were against this boutique thing and just came there only because of our compulsion, but when we entered there, the way they treated us, the services they rendered were remarkable. We really appreciate their effort. They have really good collection of sarees with reasonable rates as compared to other ultra-super stores in Kerala, we highly recommend this store for people who are looking for neat and classic sarees.

Each dress is intricately detailed for each buyer and for specific patterns. Nelcy has been my designer and she has done a wonderful job designing my outfit. I loved it very much!  The colour of my outfit has caused a little uncertainty, but when I told Joel I wasn't happy with the dye colour, he personally called me and told me not to worry at all and altered the colour to my preference. If the skirt did not fit the way I wanted, they were even willing to stitch another piece. Joel is a very kind and helpful person and we can get in touch with Joel at any time of day; he is always available to answer our questions. They prioritise upholding high standards. Their customer service is the best. Joel chettan putting his 100% to satisfy every customers. I bought my manthrakodi from mloft. On that day, I was not able to collect the saree as it takes time to tie the notes and saree polishing. So my brother went there on another day to collect but the saree wasn't ready at that time therefore he came back to home but what Joel chettan did is really appreciable, he himself brought the Saree to my home at the end of the same day. We weren't expecting that. It shows how passionate he is in his work. Thank you so much mloft team. I'm completely satisfied in your service ️.

They have very skilled designers. We bought an engagement gown here. It was awesome. It suited my wife very well. The shop is always busy. They have a lot of orders, Have to order the dress before 2 or 3 months. I feel that dresses are a little overpriced.

I contacted M Loft via Instagram to design my wedding gown; at first they responded quite well. But after having a few discussions about the fabric to be used, they stopped responding to messages and left messages seen. If they are not interest to continue with the order they should just say it in the first place rather than showing a very unprofessional behavior by not responding to messages and wasting customers time!

I am really happy and satisfied with the experience with M Loft. The engagement dress was perfect and simple, the way I wanted. They have an excellent team and great customer service. All the very best Joel and team.
