Vegan people have to find difficulty in finding food

I am at Munnar with my family. We went to spice gardens, but kids did not like much.

Then I approached Mr. Matthew and requested for a visit to his farm. He was very kind to allow us and also show us the plantation in much detail. We all enjoyed a lot

I found him to be very kind, humble and helpful - a thorough gentleman.

We were also looking out for some organic spices and coffee. He offered us whatever he had including cardamom from his kitchen

I will stay at his farm on my next visit to Munnar

I have stayed in M3 homes during my trip as a solo traveller.
Pros: 1. Location is superb and very close to forest area.
2. The owner, Mr Mathews is amiable and helpful, who assisted me in planning my itinerary in Munnar.
Cons:
1. The tree house is only for the group and not for solo travellers.
Overall experience was very good.

Great place to live with your family. Safe and secure place. There are nearby places for food and snacks. The view from the top of the building is amazing.

Overall stay was Excellent. Host was supportive and definitely recommended to Family traveller.

The property has only one tree house whose picture is uploaded everywhere. Other than that there are 4 very congested (and cockroach infested in our case) hut home stays and also few cheap motel rooms next to some shady bar. The owner sent us pics of tree house while booking and on arrival gave us cheap motel rooms. Next day after a lot of request they shifted us to one hut home room which was super congested and had many cockroaches. All in all, this stay is not suitable for families at all, other than the one tree house. If you need a cheap place to just crash in case of emergency this is fine but then again here prices are too high for motel rooms. Owner needs to put honest listing of property. This is kind of experience where you are shown and charged for good property but end up staying in cheap property creates mistrust and hampers owner’s reputation.

A good place for family stay.calm and quite. Good service. Space for camp fire. Room with kitchen available. 5 bed 7 bed rooms available.they will arrange Side seeing vehicle (separate charge).

Firstly, the host Methew sir was very co-optative and very polite speaker also he helped us with various things like tour guide and other things. Secondly, The breakfast was delicious, the view and atmosphere was awesome its like you stay in the middle of the jungle with a valley view. You can get groceries near by, you can also cook something theres an arrangement of gas stokes downstairs. Rest everything was amazing and perfect.

Very good place to stay in Munnar. Although a little far from the central Munnar, this place offers a very good view and vibe of Munnar. The hosts are extremely good in everything we need, either sightseeing, vehicle arranging etc. You can book it on AirBnB and have the best experience you can get in Munnar.

You can come by two different buses or by rickshaw in local transport.
The owners are nice.
The place is really beautiful.

Great stay. The location, the maintenance of the rooms and above all the warm and homely service by the manager. And all of this at very reasonable prices.
Only con could be the limited food options. If you r looking for a good dining you would have to look in a 4-5 km radius.

Dears we were four members for one day stay. Even we paid extra for breakfast and for the dinner. With out any kind additional facility like wifi or something else they offered. If you have a 1000 rupees extra you can book a tree hut at marayoor or else where you can get a 4 star hotel room with neatly furnished. Jst fkkk waste of money.

Too expensive 6000 rupees for a two double bed with bathroom attached.not even deserve for a single star.

Beware of looters donot book online just come and have a look at their facilities and confirme all is ok Else go with your friends or public good reviews suggestions.

We visited and stayed at M3homes in 2022. Really enjoyed talking to Mathews (owner) and his family, they helped a lot during our entire trip. The room and the house was beautiful and clean. Enjoyed our time in nature's lap. Would love to come back and stay at tree house for longer duration. A must visit

[+] A good place to stay. Even though this place is situated in the middle of a town it has good privacy while making things easy to buy anything if necessary.

[+] The room was neat and well maintained.

[+] The hosts were really friendly, helped us out in making an itinerary. They live right next to the home stay, so if one needs any help, they are just a knock away

[-] The food served was extremely spicy and the base flavour for Kadala curry and chicken curry was same. (Note: Food is provided by a nearby resturant)

[-] Photos provided in Airbnb were deceiving, Those photos made us think the property was surrounded by gardens with no properties nearby.

The stay was comfortable and the view from the villa was good. The bathroom and rooms were very clean and the surroundings was well kept. The hosts made us feel at home and they can help with any requests. This is a good place for a weekend getaway but is a bit costly compared to other stays
