This hotel is located at a walkable distance from the Aluva railway station. Perfect for people travelling on a short notice or stopping by in kochi. Location is convenient as markets are located nearby. Rooms are clean and the ambience was peaceful.

Simple room. They provide towel, bed sheet, soap and one bottle mineral water.

It is a very old hotel. The maintenance was good. There is no geyser or water heater but they provided us with hot water for bathing. I wish they'd upgrade

You may think the rooms will be excellent and infrastructure will be good by just seeing the residency from outside. They decorated outside very well. But the rooms are pretty average. They may over charge if you are a new person, who don't have much idea about rooms. The room price is 700 actually. If you are a newbee may be they will charge 750 to 800. The room is spacious but there was dust over there. Better to bring your own towels or buy new one. Because they are reusing it again and again and again. And mostly never ever buy water from them. For 13rupees priced water bottle they charged 20. And when i asked why they told, if you don't want just go outside and buy one.

I book this place for friends. I have booked it many times. This place has been here for a very long time. Good condition. Reasonable rates and at an enviably short distance from the railway station.
There's some parking facility as well.

Not a very much good room facility wise. The rooms are prety average. There are limited rooms which is air conditioned. The parking area is too small. Hardly 2-3 car can park at the same time. The residency is near to the Aluva railway station and is esily accessible as the room is located in the roadside

I am a single female traveller and have to say I was very well looked after at this hotel. Management very helpful. Great stop for early morning flights.

Bathrooms are small, blankets and towels are very old ones. Looks like very old hotel which is now renovated.
