*DO NOT STAY HERE* It shouldn't be called as property, it is just a bunch of mediocre rooms at remote location.
No resturant even for tea.
No services at all.
Whatever food they provide from nearby resturant is pathetic.
No proper parking.
No mobile network at location.
No food deliveries available.
Far from all tourist places.
Hotel description says " like a 3 star" but actually its not even worth single star.

First of all, hotel was very far (too inside) and rooms were ok but bathroom were bad. Then comes food, tasteless and there is no kitchen in that stay they order from nearby location and it comes cold and tasteless and service was also too slow. We ordered tea it took them more 1 hr to service

Ambience and the view from the rooms were more attractive. It feels like in the middle of the forest. Place is covered with fog in the rainy season. So you can get the chilled breeze of munnar.

Awesome place and location. You can get away from your daily routine and can't even hear horn sound here. Oly you can hear the birds, animals and insects. Morning walk will give u the most of energy till other vacation

The view from the resort was beautiful and the food there was delicious. I enjoyed the special Christmas dinner at Bracknell forest which was also by the same owner of Madhumanthra resort. I enjoyed the service of Nishad Anna who was very helpful. He told the best places to visit there, made sure that food was there on time. The bed was very comfortable. And overall the resort was great As per my experience

This is not a resort, it’s a 2 store yes house with 4-5 rooms. It is located in the interior parts of some town where it’s very difficult to reach. The room we stayed in was very dirty. The room rent was 2500/- excluding food and the receptionist suggested us to dine from their branch restaurant which costed us way more than normal. Overall the experience was very bad. We stayed in because it was only for 2-4 hrs and also the hotel manager has demanded full payment for booking, which we paid. I would never suggest this resort/
Hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean place to stay

This place is for those who love thrills and not for weak souls as the place is situated inside a dense forest. Very few vehicles ply and after it gets dark, it's literally pitch dark outside as u see in horror movies since there r no street lights available. There is a caretaker and it's safe if u do not venture out after it gets dark.

Location - awesome serene calm environment.
Rooms - Very well maintained. There is no night lamp available and u got to switch the balcony light and sleep. There are around 6 rooms.
Service - the caretaker Mr. Monson was excellent.
Only drawback is food comes from their sister concern which is around 350 meters from the place. Barring breakfast, lunch dinner or snacks have to be ordered well in advance so that they can bring it.the road is kind of zig zag and steep.so walking up the road ll take around 20 mins.
If u have ur vehicle, u can take that but might find it tiresome sometimes.
Parking - parking is available here. 1 car can accommodated inside and others can be parked jus outside the gate. No worries as traffic is negligible.

Roads leading to this place are very good except for very few areas where roads are under construction now but drivable. This is from Theni Bodi side.

Cost was little on the higher side. Approx 5k per night as it was peak season.

Overall I loved this place.

Allowing bachelors and family at the same time at the same place is not good.

Location and rooms are good.

Not that great view like you see in photo, but good, and the road to travel is bad.but nice hospitality

Descent resort to stay and relax with minimal amenities.
The main drawbacks
Located on a steep hills with worst road infrastructure.
Too expensive food and the quality is okay.
Very small camp fire area.

Worst experience ever.ten kilometers far from munnar and road is a disaster.they didn't tell a word about road condition when we booked, we decided to drop back the plan to stay there and lost our complete advance amount

Good place to stay with family. But distance is a major drawback. If you have a car it's easy to reach but van or bus is very difficult. You have to take a tedious long route to reach this place.

An excellent stay in madhumanthra resort

Most friendly staff, especially staff sanjay gave us a excellent service, beautiful rooms and room is very neat and clean, giving very good view of lush green forest from balcony.food including complimentary breakfast was too good.overall best resort to stay.

We booked this hotel only as it was available at a great price and made a mistake of not paying attention to the location. The resort is located at an absolute secluded area and reaching there was an effort. The roads were very bad and driving there was a nightmare. Please don't get carried away with the word resort. Its not so. The rooms are just ok with sub standard service. After visiting the hotel we felt even the attractive price which we paid was not worth it. However the only saving grace was the peaceful environment and abundance of greenery.

Very far away from city centre. Difficult to locate the place.
Approach road very bad.
In no way it can be called resort as it is a small hotel and overrated.
The stairss in the resort was bad and made of iron.

Very good place to enjoy inside the forest, with birds creeping sound, can enjoy for couple, Batchelor, Spinster.

This hotel is quite far from Munnar city. Takes 30-40 mins from Munnar to reach there. Road are also not in good condition hence a bit tiring to reach here. Hotel is nice, has its own cardamom farm. It is at a quiet place between nature. Has few rooms only. Bone fire space is also there for evening get together.

Beautiful property situated in a mountain inside a forest. It's far from your commercial life, toads are not that great, you may be tired while reach this destination, however once you reach you will forget all the tiredness. Such is the beauty of this place you won't like to come out. Hotel and amenities are good, decent food compliments it. Service is excellent. Over all a must visit place for newly Weds or any couple who wants to spend some time together.

One of the best resorts in Munnar. The area was secluded into the forest. There were a lot of nature filled experiences can be given by this place.
The room service was okay. The food and hospitality was great.

This resort is very okayish as it is located in forest, you can see insects everywhere.
Rooms are also not that great.

Secluded place with connectivity through narrow roads. But nice place to spend time close to nature and good food. Breakfast buffet had a good spread of Indian delicacies.

Calm surrounding in the middle of green forests. The resort seems a bit far though it is only 8 km from Munnar because of the hilly terrain roads. Nice staff. Food was tasty but prices seemed bit on the higher side. Although we had checked in early but breakfast time was over by then. They served us breakfast though but charged for it. Overall stay was enjoyable.

For nature lovers and relaxing minds location was very nice. Otherwise the road condition was little bit poor on th way to hotel.
And also if you are not from kerala you are self driving car to the resort in night its scary
