Avoid this place at any cost.
Worst place and staff is behaving arrogant.

2 idiots are handling the front desk.they don't have any clue about costumer service.

Food is very bad and pls check all the reviews for more clarity.there are all the likeyhood to end up in hospital.

This place need to be removed from the food court to keep the reputation of @oberon mall food court.

Had chilly lime and lime juice; they served normal temp even after we asked them to serve chill. Food was below average.

After paying a premium amount for a dosa and Ghee dosa, how do u guys justify to serve me an ice cold dosa? Asked the guy to warm it he did but we had to wait another 25 minutes. I understand if this place is busy but we were the only customers who ordered. No customer satisfied if u ate hungry pls go some where else rather than getting ripped by the bad quality good. Madras Cafe u have missed a valuable customer.

Had to wait for almost 30 minutes for a masala dosa, and Vada finally when I got it almost after 30 minutes, whole thing was cold like they cooked it the instant I ordered, kept it aside the whole time as if they were intentionally giving a cold dosa. Not even cutlery and tissues were given.

Good that Google does not give options for negative reviews. NEVER COMING BACK

Very poor customer service and bad quality food. They don’t ready to give you change neither accept card. They don’t bother cancelling the order. Very bad

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Surprisingly got the food fast but nothing was hot. Dosa, Masala Dosa, Masala inside the Dosa, Sambar and Chutney were all cold. The Dosa was stiff and felt as if it was made and kept in the open. We left almost 80% of the food at the table. The only thing that we had was the coffee. Pathetic experience.

Intentionally delaying the order to trouble the customer. They do it to get sadistic pleasure. They also intentionally shutdown the token system to keep the customer waiting. Worst set of people.

Over priced nd they gave me a burnt ghee dosa nd the casa was not cooked. Cashier is very mean aswell

Yesterday (11.5.2022) we go the Oberon mall food court and Order one falooda in this madras cafe Your service is very bad and also the staffs the staffs are very bad behaving the customer and he told order with in 5 mints but almost 20 minutes will wait and food will come and falooda is really very bad taste fruit is not fresh and the billing staff was not get back the balance Money may be change will be not there but just say What the reason
And one more thing no tissues with the foods just be noted for the mistake very very bad attitude the billing staff that day please groom the staffs how to handle customer service

Used to be alright. Recently the snacks served are tasteless, rather Horrible and insipid.

Very poor experience.
The food not good.we had banana fritters. No tissues provided.
Had to ask to be given tissues.
The fritters were not good. Too much oil. Unripe banana. A waste of money.
And the most epic fail was lemon tea.
They gave hot water, Lemon Tea bags sugar all separte and we have to make and pay 30rs for all this.
On top of this an order of a plate of banana fritter, coffee and self made lemon tea took close to 30 mins for them to prepare.

A vegetarian hotel, offers few items but they are real delicacies. I specifically recommend masala Dosa which is superb.
