Confused staffs at causality.no initial treatment given before doctors arrival.only knows to maintain pointless rules towards the patient's bystanders.

The receptionist don't know how to behave with the customers. They are very rude and say very harshly. This has been experienced by many, I personally have experienced two times. Though the doctors are good and service is nice, the experience makes us think twice whether to choose them or not. They should understand that the people who come here are not their slaves and should be treated with minimum dignity!

I've been to this hospital several times about 8 years ago and now just revisited again in 2023. Very impressed with the new additions, cleanly building, helpful stuff. If you are deciding on a hospital to go to, I would recommend coming here versus going to Little flower in Angamaly. Much faster to get in and out and decent service. The orthopedic physician (Dr. D. George) seemed thorough in his assessment and treatment plan. The general practitioner we saw was a little less thorough and we're still waiting for the final results of his treatment plan.

It’s just an ok hospital. Huge building or structural arrangement. But facilities or treatment is not matching with building size. Don’t have modern equipment support. But it’s a support for common people. Management is not broad minded to establish hospital treatment facilities. If so common people will get a better treatment with an affordable rate. Other Multy five star hospitals like Appolo are just like meat stall. So requesting management to bring all the speciality treatment with dedicated team of doctors and nurses and that would not be to cut human flush but to get real treatment.

Good hospital and good service. The hospital staff’s are very cooperative. The surroundings and atmosphere around the hospital were good and feel-good ambiance. Lot of parking spaces.

Other than some (no: 3,4) room issues the experience of hospitality was good. I have stayed in room no. 516 and i also feel many people are also getting affected to these issues. Also Bismy, Heena, and other staffs service was good.

Hospital atmosphere and surroundings was neat and tidy. Service from nurses and all other staff was very good.

I am a patient of Dr. Sr. Brijitta. She is very loving and caring. I am satisfied with the treatment of this hospital. IP coordinator Miss. Aleena. She is having good behaviour and very helpful for me. All staff members are very approachable and friendly.

Doctors are good but the staffs in the pharmacy, sample collection and billing are too rude and they behave like they are paying us from their pocket. The staffs of this hospital has not get any breafing and they has don't know the hospital hierarchy and I think it's all because of the hospital management fault thay ware not appointed experience staffs with freshers and there is shortage in staff's also.

Our son was admitted to MAGJ Hospital and Dr Smitha was his doctor. The service provided during the hospital stay was excellent. All the staff were very friendly, especially Dr Smitha was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, professional, simple, polite and approachable.

Here s a very bad hospital. Management system, here PRO IS like a jail waraden, she is behaving like that, she dont know how to behave the people, especially coming by baby patients, They dont give any proper information, about doctor appointment.taken, here have special token system, if we have take special token, paying more money they will consider, earlier consultation, before comming patients, thats ok, but here any information not displayed, or nobady giving any information, if we are questioning, they will shout and saying, if you have more money only come. This is not humanity, it not suitable for hospital, i cant give any star for this hospital.

Bad experience with the Pharmacy.

Visiting the hospital since 2017 for consulting different doctors. I'm really happy with the behaviour and care from the doctors but the management needs a lot of improvement.

After the OP consultation by taking a special token of an extra 50 rs (total of 250 rs). You need to wait for 10-15 min for the pharmacy counter to call your name to pay the money for the medicine. Then wait another 30-45 min for the staff to deliver the medicine. This shows a proper mismanagement from their end. Either they should employ more personnel at the Pharmacy or they should give the prescription for medicine so that we can buy it from outside, it will hardly take 10 min to get it. And they give a discount of min 20-30%. Why should I waste an extra 30-45 min at the hospital pharmacy and not get any discount on the medicine?

Very bad experience. I went to this hospital to treat my 8 months baby's fever. Due to fever they recommended fever clinic. We went there and took blood samples. They took 2 bottles of blood. As we know the babies will cry very loudly, my baby too cried hard because they took the blood only with the needle attached. Actually I got angry that time. Because babies are too sensitive to these pains. Without syringe they only put the needle, due to that the blood flow was low. The so called "nurses" was two. One of those nurses asked the other will it work, is the quantity of the blood enough and all. The main "nurse" said that it is enough. As the antigen is negative there weren't any other issues.we went home with a small urine collection bag attached to baby inorder to take the urine sample. When we reaches home, i got a call from the same hospital and they told me that the blood was not enough so they need to take the sample one more time. When we came here they took the blood with syringe. What a shame. Then this could be done earlier, right? They was just making a chance or experiment with by baby.not only that fever clinic people said that sample quantity is fine. Laboratory people said that this is not enough go and take one more time. What is this. Very bad. My Bay's hand got really bad.

Good caring. After renovation the building looks great. They are charging more amount even for a simple fever.
