Visited Mahalekshmi near KSRTC STAND, Thiruvalla for my sister's wedding for around 90,000Rs/- purchase. First of all service was courteous from the staffs. The wedding saree was so gorgeous and the product quality is consistently outstanding. And there were different variety of set mund collection. Had an amazing experience shopping from there and will definitely suggest the shop

I would like to thank the team of mahalaxmi silks, near ksrtc, thiruvalla. Aas i got my bridal saree along with another sets of kancheepuram sarees for my relatives from there. They had a wide collection of sarees. And I'm extremely impressed by it. A special thanks to Sateesh sir, Asha, and Manisha, who stood with me and helped me till I got my ethnic bridal saree.

I did shopping at Mahalakshmi silks near ksrtc stand thiruvalla for my brother's wedding
for around Rs. 45000. I bought a Chiniya silk saree worth rs. 10,000 and a shirt for my father worth rs. 5000. Both are in bad condition just after one use. The border green colour from saree bled to the red part. This didn't happen in normal washing but dry cleaning. Shirt is also torn out. God knows what happened to the other clothes that we have given to our relatives. I lost my money and really disappointed that this textile shop is selling cheap quality clothes.

I really love this shop such good clothes, many varieties of materials and sarees etc: -, We got good shirts in cheaper rate and we also liked the selection. Good service but less collection. Prices are affordable. Material quality is good. Little bit crowded. Nice parking facility. Situated in the heart of thiruvalla.

The worst experience I have ever had while shopping. Very pathetic customer service. Never ever gonna visit the showroom next to ksrtc bus stand.

Very bad collections. Tag price is very high for the cheap quality materials. If you go with family you might end up paying huge money at the end. Branded items are heavily priced than exclusive showroom prices. I dont recommend this outlet for people who care about their money and quality.

I had the worst experience from the mahalekshmi showroom i.e, near the ksrtc stand.
The behaviour of the staff who attended us was terrible for a store like this one. She was literally waiting for us to pin point what we want rather than showing us the variety of collection that they have. We felt like we were at a supermarket where we are supposed to take the required item ourselves and leave. We had this experience at the first floor to be exact. Then we went to the mahalekshmi at muthoor where the staffs were very professional.

Staff Anita Kumari helped us choosing the right set of clothings. She was very thoughtful and gave us right comments in selection

They have good collection of goods.but once you finish your selection of garments then the nightmare starts. I had to spend around 15mins to get my order slip from floor, again around 30-45 mins to pay the bill, another 20-30 mins to get my goods.

the owner of the Stores.

Today i went to mahalakshi store ramanchira and the staff behaviour was terrific. They told us to go in servise lift, i dont know why they send us in that lift still the customer lift was allright. Me and my family was a regular customer for years and this is the first time we are facing this from them. Feom today onward we are not going to go there

This was the first time ever that I was body shamed in a textile shop. The staff was very rude and didnt let me try any dress or take it to the trail room. What kind of shop are you running? Thet really dont let the customers try the dress if the customer is a plus size person. It was a really bad experience shopping there.
