I am from Delhi, but working in Kerala since last 3 years. So I always wanted to experience authentic panchakarma treatment. One of my colleague recommended to take it at Maharishi Kashyapa Ayurvedic Research Foundation's kollam branch. I would say I was pleasantly surprised with the experience I had, I felt mental peace and wellbeing. It was like mediation, I didn't realised how time passed. Post the procedure, Dr. Bharati was kind enough to share his experience on Ayurveda, we had a long discussion. Entire day's stay at kollam facility was a kind of much needed break from routine work. I really felt recharged, my senses, mind, a great feeling. I would like to add that the hardwork and original oils that were used, I felt it was offered at much lower price than the justified price.
