Popular for chicken biryani at noom time. Rs 90 is the rate. Lime juice is also available instantly for Rs 15. A perfect food spot for lunch. Great food!

Biriyani is just ok. But the atmosphere is very bad, i think the health department is purposefully avoiding this.

A good place to have food only one issue is that. This hotel is at the centre City of kottayam so parking for cars is not available. Also the food is good and have good quantity for biriyani.

The food and their service was very good.food was very delicious and the rate was comparatively low than other hotel and moreover in there 90 biriyani was available but atmosphere is not good because their was enough chair for seating and used tissue paper spread around the area

Well where can you buy such an authentic Malabar Biriyani at a rate of ₹90. But there is no proper dining. I recommend this as a take away spot.

Best place for biryani lunch in Kottayam. Cheap and good. Recently it has become a little more oily making the rice yellow in colour. Hope they fix it soon.

One of the best biriyanis we've had in Kerala during our visit. An unassuming place which operates out of a vehicle parking area. It is very easy to miss it if you're not a local. Some amazing local snacks, sweet lime tea and freshly baked keralan version of sweet and savoury Tortilla. Oh and the best part of it all - it is great value for money @ Rs. 90 (£1.00 or about $1.40) for a biriyani, one will be suitably full and satisfied with the portions (trumped our meal at The Zuri (a 5 star resort) by all counts). Overall, if you're in the area and visiting from other parts of India or abroad, this is a highly recommended local institution if you truly want the local experience. If you're too concerned about the location or the aesthetics then stay away - unlikely to be one for you

Went to this place today morning 11 am seeing the reviews. Disappointed because no snacks available on sundays. Not even tea was available as it was a Sunday.

Really great food within a really small setup. The prices of the food are very well arranged and they offer food thats different from the usual Kottayam cuisine. They give off a more Thalasserry Kannur kinda vibe which we kottayam people really dig. Its hard to be comfortable there as seating is limited and youll have to adjust somewhere

Chicken cutlet I tasted from here was superb, kilikoodu is a masala shell with egg inside which is spicy and tasty, egg kaipola is a mix of banana and egg which is sweet in taste, unnakka is also gud, but I got a small sized one.overall gud snacks.next tym I wanna try chatti pathiri, veg samosa, parippuvada etc.

First of its a budget place. And they serve chicken briyani along with side dishes like snacks etc. I use this place for a different requirement when I had a party for ten or twenty people I run down to them with vessels and they fill it up and give me. They start from 11: 30 onwards

The food here tastes good. But hygiene is an issue - the snacks are not covered or protected with net, and so one can observe flies sitting on them. Will give a better review if this issue is addressed.

The best biriyani available in Kottayam. Tea and some exclusive snacks are also available here. It is a rare experience enjoying the chicken biriyani and lime juice together. You have to be here for lunch by 1.30pm otherwise the biriyani will be over. Please visit this place for a very good experience. Seating facilities are limited but the food being served here is no compromise.
