Malabar Café

I am really surprised that this place doesn't have vegan options! This is the second time this year that I have been there. The first time, I suggested adding some vegan options. Yet, when I ask for what's vegan, they tell me paneer or pizza! Or take some veg gravy. How can one eat veg gravy as starters? I'm not sure the staff knows the difference between vegetarian and vegan. Both times, they were showing me how much of non-veg they serve.

I came to this restaurant last year for breakfast and loved it so much that I came back with my family this year for breakfast and lunch. The service, quality, and variety of food is incredible. During my recent visit we had Soyata helping us and she is so sweet! I highly recommend coming here during your next Kerala trip. You won't be disappointed!:)
