A renowned institution in Malabar region for cancer treatment. Those who are going to the hospital for treatment can avoid huge rush if they arrive at 8 am. For those who are going for the first time, don't forget to carry Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Xerox copy if you don't have the original.

Service very bad. More delay and time waste. Staffs are not coperative. Security staffs are good. Drs and nurses service very bad

Worst hospital in the world. Time management is the worst. No Respect for Senior Citizens and an incredibly tedious admissions process that should be condemned.

The worst administrative system I have ever experienced from a hospital (Especially palliative medicine Dept). The doctors and nurses are resting inside and we had been waiting for more than 1 hour. Frequently they are quoting that your patient folder is not received yet from reception for consulting doctor. Basically they don't even care about the patients health conditions. Sometimes they forget that it is a cancer centre by their behaviour. Management should reconsider the administrative system.

If you don't want to see your loved ones suffering in front of you just step back from here.
Please go to some other better hospitals.
These people treat patients like crazy.

Atleast attend the calls or remove the number from your website. Trying to reach you for an enquiry for last 2 days.

We had very bad experience from there. The response of doctor's and staff was rude and ridiculous. We had to Wait one month to start chemotherapy during that time patients conditions became so bad.
So kindly give some value and more attention to patients conditions

The response of the staff was very bad. The are not responding to anything and are not answering. The customer service was too bad

I know 2 patients those who took treatment from here and they lived only one year. Anyhow you have to spend money then why don't you try in other good hospitals.

Just another cancer Center in India. No special significance. Follows the same routine procedure that is followed everywhere.

The place is always crowded and doctors are mostly young interns who themselves are clueless of what to do. The poor get free treatment, the middle income ones pay full money and get the same treatment as the poor.

They never call you on time either. You will always be called 3 hours from the allotted time. No proper token system. People call out names randomly. Patients keep asking if their turn has come or not and cry in pain waiting there.

They don’t have video consultations either. So a simple thing like giving a date also requires you to carry the patient to the hospital.

If you have money please go to a better hospital.

This hospital is very good in terms of treatment for cancer patients since its not a private hospital. The hospital has many facilities where you can just go for a checkup if incase you feel any suspicious activity in your body. Well experienced doctors with best and clean premises. The security here is very strong so this place is more safe and secure. The canteen is also very much clean. They serve simple and plain food at very affordable cost.

Well maintained. They prohibited plastic enter to the hospital and staffs behave was nice. They keep neat and hygienic atmosphere. And treatment cost was affordable

Today I accompanied my cousin who is taking radiation at MCC. Once I parked the car and came to the entrance, the security standing at the door started 'interrogating' me in a very unprofessional way. I told him, patient has already gone for radiation and I went to park the car. I had patient file in my hand and still he was creating a ruckus there. There were so many patients passing through the entrance door and he didn't have any issues with them. He should understand a hospital like this is not a movie theatre where people would love to come. If someone is coming there it is either for a consultation or treatment or they are accompanying the patient. Why such a ruthless and unprofessional behaviour to me? Is this because I am a woman? Are these security guards not trained enough to behave professionally? Being a guard he can ask basic questions in a professional manner but he has no right to exploit a situation when it is a woman. Management in charge of the hospital should train them on professional etiquettes. I wanted to complain to the management about his behaviour. So I asked a staff inside where can I leave a complaint about this. He suggested to check at the enquiry counter. They suggested to go to the directors office and meet the administrative officer. He had not yet reported to office then. So I asked them who else is there with whom I can leave a complaint. He went inside to check with the director. But the staff came back and said director suggested to wait for the administrative assistant. Then he told me to go to the office next to OP counter. The staff who was sitting there said Madam has not yet come to the office. I asked him if I can leave a complaint with him. He also said in a very reluctant way that he doesn't handle that. So it was a typical example of a beaurocratic "we dont care about the service quality" attitude throughout. No wonder why people prefer a private hospital. At least there will be a hospital manager or OM to take care of the complaints and feedbacks. Next time instead of expecting manners from them, I would rather complain to a higher police officer and also to the women's commision.

Lot of patient, all Dr all well experienced and we'll known in their field, staff and the security are warm and helpful, registration process takes bit of the time

Well known Cancer Centre in Malabar region. Well experienced doctors and staffs. Located in a hilly terrain and bit away from Thalassery town. Road from Thalassery to MCC was in pathetic condition at the time of visit. Some accomodation facilities are available outside the hospital.

Very helpful and dedicated staffs. Price of medicines are very less than MRP. Other hospitals sales there medicines and surgical items for MRP. All staff are delightful and providing us great guidance.

Its one of best cancer centre in Kerala. Situated in Kodiyeri, Thalaserry. Treatment is good. Certain schemes provide you free treatment. Nurses are well behaved.

A good treatment centre for cancer patients. Now the infrastructure development procedures are in progress with the government fund.
After the completion of works, patients and bystanders will get good facilities and treatment.

Worst hospital and treatment.does not worth even 1 star.most of the nurses personality is pathetic and they are lazy.but good nurses also are there but nos are limited.doctors give random medicines without knowing the exact problem.patients suffers there.if you dont need your loved ones to suffer, don't go thereecoz i suffered a lot.very bad facilities.no hygiene.most people go there because they offer funds for the poor and those who without a government job.

Fist time visit to this hospital.very good behaviour and helping security staff and computer entry staff.

നല്ല ട്രീറ്റ്മെന്റ് ആണ്. ഡോക്ടർമാരും നേഴ്സ്മാരും നല്ല caring ആണ്. പക്ഷെ സെക്യൂരിറ്റിക്കാർ വളരെ മോശം പ്രതികരണവും ഇടപെടലും ആയി തോന്നി.

Came to RCC For my aunty checkup, surprisingly security guys asking to wear n95 or surgical mask. Though we wore cloth mask want us to buy a surgical mask to wear on top of it. I am not happy with this approach.
