My experience is very bad. Firsty the time they are taking for processing is too l9ng.like i have to wait an eternity to get the billing done of a ring. Secondly it was my wedding ring and the name engraved was not as i said. I felt too disappointed, but what to do.nothing can be done apart from writing this review. The service is too bad

I had a pleasant experience shopping with Malabar Gold today. Rajesh S was our salesperson and he was extremely patient and kind enough us to make the buying experience as soft as possible. Rajesh also made sure we were comfortable with the good smelting process.

I have been a big fan of Malabar Gold and all my gold purchases have been from Malabar. So I recommended them to my mother and sister. They visited this shop today and got a very bad service from the personnel at this location. Employees had too much of an attitude to serve their customers in a fair manner! Unacceptable, if this is how you treat your customers, I would be happy to terminate my patronage to Malabar Gold. I hope the owner reads this feedback and takes corrective action to train employees on the importance of service and treating all customers fair and equal!

The customer service at Malabar gold, Thrissur Br.needs a real boost. The salesperson showed little interest or inclination to showcase their jewellery to us. Inspite of having a wide range of beautifully crafted jewellery, their attitude was a sure dampner, and I made up my mind against a revisit

Worst service if you want to buy small gold or daimond. There none of the systems are connected. Waited for 1 hr 30 min to get an exchange done. Still waiting and no one has a clue. I never post anything as a review but this is happening for the 3 Rd time.

It was my worst experience I had frm this branch.we have spend more than 40 lakhs frm malabar gold. Bt we bought frm ekm mg road branch. I feel very proud and comfortable wen i go to ekm mg road.i have been to ekm mg road branch more than 4 times for the repair and i feel very comfortable by the way they treat us.first week of march 2022 I had visited thrissur branch for a repair of a diamond nose stud which we had bought from UAE malabar gold. Ad I was very much disappointed with this branch ad their bloody service. They didn't accept the nose stud for repairing and they told we can't accept it this month as they are busy wth year ending.thn they told they can't send for repair this month. They said they can't add it top their bill. I couldn't understand wats the billing for repairing ad i was shocked ad I also felt humiliated. It ws not the fault of the sales person who talked to me, coz he had discussed wth twp other staff as well.then they also told me to cme in April ad they ll send to mumbai for repair ad it ll tak one month.i wi neva recommend this branch as I feel their service is Pathetic. I lost my time. It was a very bad experience.

Highly unprofessional and pathetically trained staff. We have been regular customers of Malabar Gold since the last 10 years with making purchases almost every year. We have visited their branches at Koramangala and Jayanagar in Karnataka and also the Thrissur MG road branch and have made multiple purchases from Koramangala and Thrissur branches over the years. We would like to clearly state that the sales staff have a highly prejudiced attitude towards customers. When we made a purchase of close to 2 lakhs few months back, the behavior of the sales team was different. Recently last Sunday (27th March 2022) when we made a small purchase, the attitude of the sales staff was extremely different. As a standard practice, for any gold purchase, the customer does a recalculation of the making charge, vat and the overall pricing just to make sure that everything is correct. The sales fellow was not even ready to explain this properly. Malabar Gold claims to have something called Fair value pricing. We customers are okay with whatever marketing trick u guys do.
When a customer steps into Malabar Gold, he/she looks for professionalism and customer service and care at the highest level. We are not interested in the size of the showroom or the lighting. Professionalism comes first, everything else is secondary.
Get your branch in order!
Learn from the staff in branches of other states like Koramangala. Else along with us many other Thrissur customer will simply shift to the next competitor.

Sundays were open and went for exchange of gold. Collection is less for low weight ornaments. Maintaining less stock due to pandemic situation.

Staffs were trying to be friendly and trying to satisfy customer which is the worst. When asked for more variety, always say sold out and need to select from available stocks. Staffs were not arranging seats for customers and as crowd increased, need to hold on to our seats to sit.

Parking space is available and only thing they do is allow anyone coming after entering details. Not maintaining the customer count inside showroom. Anyone can go inside and never worried about the number of people inside it.

Some floors they turned off A/C and room temperature was high because of closed centralized A/C rooms.

Delayed billing experience. Took almost 45 min to get the bill and need to wait inside as crowd grows.

Good service. Everybody was dealing politely with the customers. Has a very good selection too.

Extremely great experience! The staffes are doing a wonderful job, the best service got so far. And they've got some great designs too!
