My wife has purchased all her jewellery for marriage from malabar gold. When we go there for purchase their behavior is extremely nice and yesterday (13-01-2024), we visited Malabar gold for cutting her nosepin because she was not able to remove it by herself and their behaviour was very rude. They were not giving any proper reply when I ask them when will the staff come to remove her nose pin. This is not the right way to treat customer. This was my favourite jewellery and I will never go there for any kind of purchase of jewellery

Mubarak G was awesome! He was so attentive to our needs. He was so kind to help with all details. He spent so much time explaining about all the different kinds of jewelery, diamond, gold and gem stones. I would greatly recommend him to all future customers for his superior service.

First ever in my life visited the store yesterday to buy an ear drops.

We have purchased gold from Malabar Gold and Diamonds, i must admit they have a huge variety of collections thats mind blowing, i had purchased for my wedding Jewelleries from them, its quite beautiful and we love every pieces. Staffs are very friendly. Best place for different and stylish jewellery.

Unfortunately, We had to wait for a long time to get someone attend us. Also it takes a long time to select the items as they hide the real price and say discounts, If you think your prices are good, just mention it on the ornament, then the selection will be fast

Very poor service, the staffs will not mind the customer. Yesterday I went to buy an anklet and no staffs were present in the anklet section. And they made us to wait for more than 30 minutes. Very bad service.

No gifts, saying that we purchased at lower rates. (My purchase was of more than Rs 1 lac). Still the person at the delivery point had no courtesy to keep the customer happy and said in front of others that I made a small purchase and no gifts for that.
I have decided not to shop there again.

Experienced as a fraudulent act from manager abdul salim. വിശ്വാസം നഷ്ടമായി. എന്നോട് പുതിയ മോതിരത്തിന്റെ പണിക്കൂലി 3400 എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു (13%). ഒരു സിമ്പിൾ ring ആരുന്നു approx 6gm only. പക്ഷെ ശരിക്കും 9.8% മാത്രം പണിക്കൂലി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്ന മോതിരത്തിനു സലിം sir എന്നോട് 13% ആണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു തെറ്റിദ്ധരിപ്പിച്ചു. ഡിസ്‌കൗണ്ട് കഴിച്ചു 9.8% ആക്കി കുറച്ചു തരാമെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. വിശ്വസിപ്പിച്ചു. മോതിരത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയത് 9.8%

Sorry. I won't ever recommend anyone anymore to buy this angle chain from here. Yours goldsmith are not worthy to make it.

The store is huge and spreads in more than 4 floors. Ample amount of staff is available to assist. Lot of parking space. They still follow covid protocol for entry. Diamond section is pretty big with prices starting from 10000. I felt the collection is huge.

Calculations on based on the present ads and other basis are totally incorrect. If anyone willing to come can do their own calculation and make sure the correct amount to be paid.
