Yesterday, I went to exchange few of my reviously baught Jewelries. Also requested to fix my mom' s stud earings that was about 87 plus yrs old with a stone missing. When they gave back my mom" s stud earings, they totally messed up the stone and gave the wrong piece back. One stone was replaced with a yellow stone and both studs were not the original one we gave.to fix.
