Malabar Grills Restaurant

Nothing exceptional. Had dinner with family (6 + 2 infants). The food portion is extremely small. Had Dragon Chicken, Butter Chicken, Garlic Chicken, Kadai Chicken with Kerala Porotta, Naan and a Bun Porotta. Bun Porotta was very tasty, the first time I had it.
Service was good. They had High Chairs for kids, but they were very unclean. Had to use one of our disinfecting wipes to clean, but still was very untidy.

The restaurant Looks soooooo good. I went there around 11.30 in the morning and they didn't have much food options at that time.
Tried their chicken biriyani and orange juice.

The juice was good, and the biriyani was like okay okay.
The ambience and lightning also was damn good.
Biriyani was over priced compared to the quality

Food quality needs to improve. Before serving the food ensure the food is edible or not (spoiled food served). I am a regular visitor of their other branch in Perumbavoor. Their food is much better than this branch.

This used to be a good place. Good food and ambience.but sadly, now the standards are crashing.

Also If you get peptic ulcer after having schezuan friedrice from this place, dont be surprised.

I entered the restaurant hoping for a great experience but was disappointed. I tried their fish curry meals and beef fry, the rice was uncooked the fish curry was bland sambar was mid but the beef was not too bad

I tried their special grilled chicken. Its not upto my expectations and little over priced.

3. Sweet corn chicken soup
4.freh lime and pinaple lime

Taste wise Kebab & dips was good, quantity is need to bè increased, Only 4 small pieces.

Biriyani was just ok, generous quantity.

Lime was good

Sweet corn chicken soup was also ok-ok

Costlier than the restaurants near it but provides a more luxury/psoh type approach in its service and food.

They have the best veg options in kolenchery and the best grilled chicken dishes in the area
+ Great variety of drinks

But their biryani is an absolute mess as it's overcooked and tasteless.

The food is tasty and affordable. Delivery time is bit long and if you visit after 11 in the night most of the items will be over.

Hot & sure chicken soup ഈ ഹോട്ടലിൽ നിന്ന് ഓഡർ ചെയ്തു വന്നപ്പോൾ വളരെ മോശം. സപ്ലൈരോട് കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ മാറ്റി കൊണ്ട് വന്നു അതിലും മോശം സൂപ്പ്. ചൂടുവെള്ളത്തിൽ ചിക്കൻ കലക്കി. എന്നിട്ട് ഒരു ചിരിയും ബംഗാളി. പണി തന്നത് ആണ്. കൂടെ ഒരു ഗീ റൈസ് & ബീഫ്‌ ചില്ലി. വളരെ മോശം. കഴിച്ചില്ല പൈസ കൊടുത്ത് ഇറങ്ങി. ഇതലും നല്ലത് കക്കാൻ പോകുന്നത് ആണ്

I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone as I had a very bad experience with them today. I wanted to get parcel and when I went to the restaurant, they made me wait outside, which was fine until they took almost 30-40 min to get my order prepared that too after I had asked them about it. And then again they had only the half order prepared even though it wasn't crowded at all. After getting the order, they made me wait outside again before making the payment. I don't understand there point of them making the customers feel like untouchables and making them wait outside without a basic courtesy

Had a fantastic experience at Malabar Grill Restaurant! The food was delicious. The service was outstanding, with our server going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and wonderful service! "

ഫുഡ് ക്വാളിറ്റി നല്ലതാണു പക്ഷെ ക്വാണ്ടിറ്റി ഒട്ടും ഇല്ല. ഞാൻ അവിടെ നിന്നും ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി ഫുഡ് ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തു. 5 വെജ് ഫ്രൈഡ് റൈസ്. 45 മിനുട്സ് എടുത്തു അത് ഡെലിവർ ചെയാൻ. കിട്ടിയപ്പോ 4 വെജ് ഫ്രൈഡ് റൈസ് എ ഉള്ളു. അവരെ കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടും പോസിറ്റീവ് ആയി ഒരു റിപ്ലൈ ഉം കിട്ടിയില്ല. വേണം എങ്കിൽ 39 rs ഇന്റെ ഒരു കൂപ്പൺ തരാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. Rs 185 ഫോർ വെജ് ഫ്രൈഡ് റൈസ് അതും ഓർക്കണം ബാക്കി പൈസ എന്റെ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു എന്ന് കരുതണം. അടുത്ത തവണ നോക്കിക്കോളാം എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു.

ആരെങ്കിലും മലബാർ ഗ്രിൽസ് കോലഞ്ചേരി ഇൽ നിന്നും ഫുഡ് പാർസൽ ആയിട്ടോ ഓൺലൈൻ ആയിട്ടോ വാങ്ങുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത് ഓപ്പൺ ചെയ്തു കൺഫേം ചെയ്ത ശേഷം മാത്രം അവിടെ നിന്നും പോരുക / കൈപ്പറ്റുക, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നമ്മുടെ പൈസ പോകും അവർ റീഫണ്ട് തരുക ഇല്ല.
(എനിക്ക് ഓൺലൈൻ സർവീസ് പ്രൊവൈഡർ പൈസ റീഫണ്ട് തന്നു അതും ഒരുപാട് ദിവസം അവരുടെ പുറകെ നടന്നതിന് ശേഷം, അതുകൊണ്ടു അവരുടെ പേര് പറയുന്നില്ല)

ഞാൻ മാസത്തിൽ ഒരു 3000 - 4000 റുപ്പീസ് നു മലബാർ ഗ്രിൽസ് കോലഞ്ചേരി ഇൽ നിന്നും ഫുഡ് വാങ്ങികൊണ്ടിരുന്ന ഒരു കസ്റ്റമർ ആണ്. ഇന്നിതൊട്ടു ഞാൻ അവിടെ നിന്നും ഒന്നും വാങ്ങില്ല. എന്റെ ഓർഡർ അവർക്കു കിട്ടിയില്ലെങ്കിലും അവർക്കു നഷ്ടം ഒന്നും വരുക ഇല്ല എങ്കിലും എനിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായ ദുരനുഭവം വെച്ച് ഇനി അവിടെ നിന്നും ഫുഡ് വാങ്ങാൻ മനസ് അനുവദിക്കുന്നില്ല.

The quality of food has drastically dropped. Yesterday my friend Nd me went there to have barbeque chicken. It was such oily that the plate was drenched in oil.

A definite not to go unless they improve the quality

26/10/2022 on this very day we hv faced a terrible customer service experience from this "REPUTED"hotel.one of the staff don't have any manners to deal the customer. Very very disappointed from there customer service. Feeling pity!

Bought a mutton biryani and found a hair on it. This shows the hygiene of kitchen and people who makes dishes.

I have tried variety items from here. Good taste and quantity. Only fish grilled was little disappointed

This is one of the best food spot that you can try at kolancherry. We have tried couple of grilled items like grilled
chicken, alfaham and beef grilled and everything that we tried was delicious and tasty. They provide decent quantity and quality food on average price range.

They got adequate parking space in front of the shop, seats were very comfortable and looks premium. Overall a great experience.

Not fresh.biriyani cooked from faraway kitchen served in parcel.the same item without reheating itself is served till dinner.very bad restaurant

Good service and good ambience. They make the best Thalassery chicken biryani in town. Have some good parking spot. Should try.

I ordered Chicken dum biriyani, Achayans beef roast. The biriyani came in packets, packed in banana leaf. I would say just average taste. The chicken pieces were quite big and almost three pieces in each pack. Nothing special about the Achayans beef roast. It tasted like the normal beef roast we get everywhere. But what blew me off my feet was a salad which the serving boys suggested. Brilliant item. If I visit again, I would have two plates of that alone. The salad was made with lettuce leaves and fruits with fried kismis. I recommend that to everyone.

The food quality and taste was outstanding but the quantity does not meet the price.
The atmosphere is quite nice and ideal for a family dine out. The thalassery biriyani is one of the best, I felt but Mandi rice must be unlimited.
Service is also very well mannered and friendly.

One of the best restirent in Kolenchery area to try Grilled items. We did try Alfam, Mandhi rice and also the Biriyani the items were tasty and quantity was adequate. The price is also reasonable. The restaurant ambience and service is really good. The place has got enough parking space in front of the restaurant.

One of the best NV restaurants at Kolencherry, just opposite to Federal Bank. Appreciable delicacies and excellent customer service.

We tried malabar special grill, al-faham and mandhi rice. Loved the taste of all foods, especially the mg grill. The service was also good. Thank you

I had a quarter alfam with kuzhimandi rice, which was good, along with their special mayonnaise and beetroot pickle. The special mayonnaise and beetroot pickle, for we was a variety combo, which too is really good. The ambiance of the place will definitely be an add-on to the food we will have, along with their good service.

Very Spacious and Pleasent atmosphere

Tried variety of their choices and those I liked are
- Romantic Replay
- Mixed fried rice
- Biriyani
- Fresh juice

The food given by them are less quantity than we predict with a little extra cost because they keep Standard and Hygienic environment

- Good choice for giving grand treat
- Toilet facilities available and Hygienic
- Interior is cool
