I applied 4 times uk visiting visa through malaya, my parents came to uk each time with successful application process. Staffs are good and available to help during the visa processing.

This is the number one waste agency situated in kottayam, the staffs are not at all responsibile for taking care of the visa process, they are arguing with they know everything for the uk process and they even don't know how to checkout the tracking status of the bluedart team. We had a worse experience with this agency & and please don't rely with this agency for any kind of visa process it's a waste of time and money

My experiences with Malayas world tours has been quite top notch. Their services are efficient, upto date, and fast and quiet dependable from procuring the visa to booking cost conscious air tickets suitable to the traveler.

Its been with very disappointment that I write the review about this agency. We had an experience in applying a UK visit visa through this agency and I should tell this, never relay on their service. Our visiting visa was refused due to the inappropriate entries made by the agency staff. When we questioned them before submitting the visa application they said they know everything. Later in the visa refusal document the UKVI specified the discrepency that we questioned the agency before. When we contacted the agency after receiving the passport, they were relucant to talk and they said its not their responsibility. The staff are very rude and doesnot even know how to behave with customers. Their service charge is very expensive as compared to others. Hence I would say, never ever relay on them for any service because atlast they would say its not their responsibility.

This WAS a very good travel agency a couple of years back. Now, all the staffs are lazy and do not do their job and would be giving excuses or won't get back to the customer at all.pathetic.
