Mall of Joy - Kottayam

ഈ building ശാസ്ത്രി റോഡ് വഴി നാഗമ്പടം പോകുമ്പോൾ ഇടതു വശത്തായി കാണാൻ പറ്റും. Car parking സൗകര്യം ഉണ്ട്. Bike parking സൗകര്യവും ഒരുക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. വളരെ നല്ല customer service ആണ് ലഭ്യം ആകുന്നത്. ഒരു പോരായ്മ എന്താ എനിക്ക് തോന്നിയത് എന്ന് വെച്ചാൽ lift ഉപയോഗിക്കുമ്പോൾ അതിൽ ഓരോ floor lum ഏതൊക്കെ shops ഉണ്ട് എന്നൊരു information തരുന്ന ഒന്നും തന്നെ ഇല്ല എന്നതാണ്. വേറെ പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ഒന്നും കുഴപ്പമില്ല.

Average. Feels lonely as most shops are closed. Also less people in shops. Joymart is also average.

One of the best shopping mall in Kottayam, can get all the products we need that is pre covid, post covid not all Shop are opened.

Nice building.but most of the shops are closed.should rent it out to other brands to attract people rather than in-house stores.always wearing a deserted look.

In joy super market they don't give discount for any item, for which we normally get discount in other super markets. Usually, every supermarkets gives 2-6% discount on MRP for almost all the packaged company items. Yesterday I bought items that comes around Rs. 1000 from here. I didn't get discount of a single paisa. If I bought the same items from any other leading supermarkets, I could have get a discount of 40-70 Rs.
But they do have a good collection of items in all categories. The arrangement and quality of items are good.

We had a very good experience shopping at the Jolly Silks store. Good collection of clothes both for men and women and the staff was very helpful and courteous.

There is nothing in there much.

I like the food shops there. Specially one on ground floor

Good shopping mall, neat and clean, ample parking space in 3 levels, elevators and escalators. Shops include Jolly silks, Joymart (hypermarket), Baskin Robins, outlets of Titan, Pepe jeans, Polonica saloon, food court etc. Not even a single seat or bench in the common open area seems to be downside.

Nice but something I miss their compare to other malls.
Their is nothing to take fun

5 stories. Self sufficient and independent. Almost every thing available at decent pricing. We can even get a couple tattoo there

This is the only one in town. The store is neat and standard all together. Placed right in the center. Offers good products and service. A good restaurant is also available on the top flooor. The food is amazing. One shld try food from the restaurant at the top.

The Super Market in the fifth floor is very good for shopping. Almost all items are available here. Behaviour of the staff is very good. Excellent service. Ample car parking facilty spreads in 3 floors.

Its a great place
Even though it is a mall it has g great place of attraction. May be most people visit there for fun and to enjoy the beautiful mall of joy of Kottayam.it awesome to have a mall were we could enjoy may be even for the whole day not just alone, with our family and friends too

Mall of Joy is a comparatively better mall in the Kottayam district. Its one of the best hangout places in the town. Mall of joy doesn't have a food court or a place to sit and talk. It has its own restaurant and also outlets of baskin robbins etc. Mall is quite okay, and the parking facilities are also commendable. Its in the heart of the city sobyou can easily acces from railway station, bus stand etc.

Good for clothes. The hypermarket is a waste of time. All items sold on MRP only. Very few discounts

The best space for purchasing Anything under one roof. They have it.each and every thing. Providing good offers and discounts they ensure great product variety and easily availability of the products. All the products are well arranged and easily reachable. Floor staff give good response for any need of the customer. Clean and well organised structure helps in easy n hassle free shopping. Great variety of products at good value for money. Superb Quality of Food ensures the trust by the customers.

Superb experience
I wisited twotimes there. In there severa types of store present. Hotel, Shopping mall, Coffee house, book stall etc

Smaller than expected, when compared to it's thrissur counterpart. But has a lot more stores. Good selections, good choices. A nice pitstop for a quick textile shopping and also, larger shopping decisions too.

It's a good place to get with fam n kids.they got a wide range of dress collection.apart frm few store.the hyper market is good.both endamic n exortic (vegies n meat) items r available.best think is, u can chill with u buddies atleast for an hour.safe frm sun.lol.

Mall of Joy is conveniently located at Baker junction, Kottayam.

Excellent quality goods. Good ambience.
5 star for the professional service with a smile

Well it’s the only mall in Kottayam so have to deal with it. But it’s well maintained with good shops and a good place to hang out

Nice pace to purchase dress items and have one super market also. Restaurant is available inside the mall and food is delicias
