Sangeet was AMAZING and so helpful! He greeted me with a big smile and a warm welcome and explained how the chocolate is made from start to finish. He then offered me some samples to try and they were all delicious. I got a tub of chocolate with the fruit filling and they were delicious!

I have purchased chocolate from this place and the taste was really awesome, before finding this shop I have purchased some couple of chocolates from different shops where the tase and price bot high but not up to the real chocolate taste, finally I found this shop and tasted some samples and loved the real chocolate and price is also reasonable compared to other shops, my suggestion this guys made a quality chocolates with affordable price. Thanks to the team sangeeth and harshan you have lot of patience to show me all types of chocolates present in you Macofa and I selected 3 items according to my taste. I loved it.

My recommendation is to buy Belgium Dark Chocolate. It doesn't has Sugar, Stevia taste. Expensive though but worth the buy. Meet Mr Prasin, he will give you all the details & explanation. He really made us understand the process as well.

I was just googling for a chocolate shop nearby, from Munnar town and I came accross this shop. It was already closed at that time as per the schedule and as I requested their staff waited for us for almost 1 hour. When we went there, it was a different experience. They showed us how the chocolates are being made and we tasted each and every verirty of flaouvers there.
The store staff were too patient and friendly even after waiting for us late night. After that visit I just drove 120 km from my hometown there, just to buy the chocolates).
Even I ordered a half KG chocolate by post and the package was really good.

My personal favourites are milk chocolate and fruit n' nuts. You cant even compare the quality of chocolates from them with any other indian brands.

Visited this choclate factory 2 time. They have lot of verieties with affordable price. Good behaving staff memebers. Staff will provide one piece from each verieties & we can taste it then buy which ever we like. Its a good place for getting verieties of choclates in idukki. I love it. Please visit at least once? Charges exhorbitantly in the name of factory made and unique tasting but it was similar to other local store bought chocolates. They charge 3000 per kg for dark chocolate which was similar tasting to the ones from Munnar for less than half the price.

Truly Amazing- place and chocolates. Good variety and amazing prices. Open from 9 to 6. But for factory tour, time is 11 to 5. So reach early. But what stands out is the positive approach of the staff, their service and professionalism. The place is pet friendly. Our pet was invited inside the shop which speaks of their broad outlook. ഭയങ്കര ഉടായിപ്പ് ആൾക്കാരെ സംസാരിച്ചു പറ്റിച്ച്. നട്സ് ഉള്ളത്, ഇല്ലാത്തത് ഒരു സാമ്പിൾ കൊടുക്കും കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ നട്സ് ഉണ്ടാവും. മേടിച്ചു വീട്ടിലെത്തി നോക്കുമ്പോൾ നട്സ് ഉണ്ടാവില്ല, അതികം നട്സ് ഇല്ലാത്തത്. ഇതിന് നട്സ് ഉള്ളത്തിനു ₹ 500,1000 അധികം പൈസ കൊടുത്തു മേടിച്ച് കഴിക്കുന്നതിനു പകരം കടയിൽ വിൽക്കുന്ന FUSE or SNIKERS ചോക്ലേറ്റ് വാങ്ങി കഴിക്കാം. കഷ്ടം തന്നെ വെറുതെ കാശു കളഞ്ഞു, നട്സ് ചോക്ലേറ്റ് കഴിചതിന്റെ ഒരു ഫീലുപോലും കിട്ടിയില്ല, i feel realy bad.

Very good quality chocolate and fruit filled candies taste so great and very awesome customer service.

It is not factory. It is just shop, with one small machine where they show you simple procedure of chocolate making. Although chocolates are really tasty, it is SHOP, and not a factory as mentioned. Not worth visit. You can find such chocolate shops everywhere in Munnar. Also, minimum 1kg. We cannot buy 250gm or 500gm chocolate.

One of the best blueberry chocolate that i have ever tasted in my life time along with other favours it's something special. Other than that affordable price as well as quality of chocolate is also appreciable.

Coco chocolate all the chocolates are same base only added nuts and fruits and dark chocolate is hevan.

Variety of Chocolates, nice taste, we also bought Cocoa butter which helps in reduction of dark circle, pigmentation and hair fall.

Its not factory. But a chocolate shop where you can buy variety of chocolates. Tastes good. But beware if you are a desi traveller. They treat foreign and desi travellers in different mode.
