Extremely unsatisfied with the customer service provided by them.
I got a gift for my wedding and wanted to purchase something else/exchange as it was not my fitting. But the store refused to exchange it. I requested them to do any alternatives but they were not able to help, such a poor service from high end shops which is a disappointment. I am a frequent customer but after this experience I am stopping to buy from them.

We're are based out of Bombay wanted some classy give aways for our office staff. Visited their website & since i wanted to bulk order contacted them in person. Their sales exec was kind enough to take me through the entire process & ensured timely delivery. The dresses are lasting & well packed at delivery. Look forward to shopping with them sooner.cheers Team

I’m originally from Cochin and used to shop at Mannath during my college days and was very happy with the unique style Kurthas they offer. Later in the years LabelM evolved and they have a wide range of designer collections now. I’m glad that they now have the online ordering service which helps me place order far away from the United States. What I like most is the friendly customer service. They treat every customers well though out the shopping experience unlike few other designer collection centers in Cochin. That’s one reason why I go back and shop at Mannath/Label M every time, because the staff is patient and helpful. They value business and know how to retain customers.

I have been placing online orders now for last 3 years. Gopika is the current staff who helped me with my all recent orders. She is highly skilled in understanding what the customer wants and great in communication regardless of the time zone difference. She also sends me pictures when new collections arrive. Earlier it was Teena and she was great too. I enjoy shopping online at Mannath and Label M.

I have been an online customer of Mannath for the past 3-4 years. Whenever they upload a new dress, which is unique in style annd wanna to buy anga. And the stitching was perfect for me even it was online. I could get what I needed. The online staff service is on time and got the dresses very fast. Expecting more unique and variety collection in future.

Very poor service. I visited there website and was going to order few kurtis which was available online.before payment I just messaged in the mobile number they have given inorder to find out if I can come to the boutique and buy those instead of ordering. The person whom
I messaged to said that none of them are available. They haven’t updated the website and that is the reason why it is still available in the website.what the hell. What happens if I order and pay for it.and then I asked this lady if they have any similar kurtis.without even replying to my message, I received about 100 photos of bad looking clothes which is not even similar to the one I wanted and not attractive. I don’t want to see any clothes from these people neither going to there store.

I bought some stuff from them online but also visited their store after. Service was very poor. The sales woman did not even bother to ask me what I was looking for nor guide me around the store.
