This continues to be a family-friendly toddy shop. However, having visited here tgree times, roughly once in every two years, I feel that the seevice and taste of the food has gone a tad lower.

Make sure that you are noticed by the hosts while entering the cubicles or else you will end up losing a lot if time, expecting someone to turn up taki g orders. The thali meals we ordered had the curries for namesake only. We had to call out for a more acceptable portion.

We did not take any toddy so no comments on that front.

Manthoppu is still a good place to visit and experience exclusive Kerala style dishes and toddy.

Very bad food, all non veg items are tasteless, ordered pothu fry it doesnt have any taste, one koonthal fry not at all good, then prawns roast no taste at all and all coconut pieces only.we came from trivandrum to have nice dishes.but completely disappoinited.i suggest not to prefer this hotel at all.very bad.

Toddy was good. Will recommend this place if you like to have only toddy. Dont buy any food items low food quality and quantity. 100% waste of money, with this rate you can get good and tasty food from many other restaurants nearby.

Food is not that tasty. Price is reasonable. Sitting atmosphere is not good very hot. Toddy available is fresh.

Delicious food.we had a lot of things. Each and everyone was really good and spicy. Loved it

Favourite food place in Munnar route. Specially love their beef idichathu. Every item is amazing and also good ambience.

A nice place to have lot of "shaap Kari"and soothing "Kallu".
The food is tasty and good.
"Njand Kari was too spicy.
Some glitches in payment mode.
Here no acceptance of any card.
Cash less paying is through Google pay only.
Little bit inconvenience to me as my cellphone was not having power and was on off mode.
Somehow I paid the money.
Lot of sweat for that.
Please make arrangements for card pay too.

Great place for ambience hunters. Not a wide variety of food choices but the ones that are there are good and tasty, a little spicy you know to match the toody otherwise a very decent place well kept, neat and tidy.

Beautiful ambience, nice interiors, above average food, nice serving. Polite dealings. You can find the board clearly on the side of bypass. Parking slot is not big much. Crab and variety of beef dishes should try, kappa and meen curry is classic one. Overall a good one

Toddy shop in the heart of kothamangalam. It has family space and the staff are courteous. I had in the afternoon chapati and beef curry. The chapati was ready made and it was ok. The curry was good. I also had a lemon juice for RS 20, which was good. They have meals and other things. Recommended.

Good small restaurant. Good for couples, youngsters, travelers destination, on the way to Munnar. But I can't completely suggest this for kids, little congested interiors. A Toddy shop is attached to this restaurant. Food is good. Some exotic varieties of local Kerala non veg kerala dishes are available. Beef varieties are good.ample parking space is available. I liked the way the interior is designed, making use of locally available eccentric materials. The way they serve the juice is awesome.

Good food. Ambience is ok. We went during lunch time & it's hot inside the cabin. Looks like a small resto, but it's a toddy bar serves toddy along with food. Wide varieties of non veg items available. We tried kappa, Duck roast, Pork Fry, Idiyirachi etc. All were good in taste!

Food supplied here is merely that available in a normal 2 star restaurant. But you could enjoy the food a calm and classic atmosphere.

Very poor in Taste -Most foods are not having enough salt
Poor Ambiance - Loud Noice: staffs were shouting.
Poor Hygiene and Sanitation: toilets are in very bad condition - u will loose ur interest in having food there.

Food is alright.but i think its little expensive. Otherwise u will get beautiful vintage feeling with some nostalgia effect, due to the theme in which it is designed.

Awesome food and great for lunch. Had a feast literally. Different varieties of seafood, beef and chicken.

Didn't meet expectations. Also its new place. Better service and quality is needed. Compare to first manthop launch at Erumalapady taste and quality is far below. Duck curry felt like made in morning. And only skin was there may be becuz of that Taste wasn't felt good. They would told curry is over. As taste didn't felt fresh. So i didn't consume. Meat was almost absent. For premium kerala food restaurants 5 pieces of skin and few bits of meat is unacceptable. Might visit one more time probably in a month. Manthop used to serve fresh food. Not this one. Need QC. So manthop serve me better next time if i have to change my review

Update had vomitted in night once like yellow/orange like food poison. Anyway. Sweated little. Luckily no fever. Thank god i consume very little. Vomited only duck curry. So it's d duck curry reason.
