Had a pathetic experience here. Took my kid there and ended up having cuts on her neck. These guys almost have no experience with kids. My daughter was most cooperative and inspite of that ended up with cuts. The customer service is at its worst. They dont care at all. The lady at the reception says, "enna poi complain cheyyu" similar to recent movie name. I dont understand without customers what saloon are you going to run. Especially when you hurt a small kid with your inexperience you should be sorry and be more empathetic instead of being rude. Parents, please dont take your kiddos here.

I had really bad experience here. I took my 3 year old for hair cut. Inspite of she being most cooperative, she ended up having couple of cuts on her neck. The staff does not have any experience with kids and use trimmer on forehead which is usually never the case given the tender skin of kids. When I complained to the person in reception she coldly said a sorry but hardly did she care. She was just looking at the monitor and gave the bill. I don’t even want to talk about the hair cut I had along with which was as pathetic as it can get. I strongly suggest parents with small kids DO NOT take them to this place. I kindly ask the owner to ensure the staff are extremely careful with kids as a small mistake can be very costly when it comes to children. I made such a big mistake by coming to a new place as my regular saloon guy was on leave.

Don't go to this place. They are dangerous. Services are done by illiterates workers without proper guidance.

I've been to many expensive saloons before.but this far more the worst experience I've ever had in my life.obviously they are not professionals.i can feel it from their 1st touch.rashes formed on my face soon after their service. Having used lots of salons around the globe, On occasions ans on special days I have used the salon and the service has been excellent, very relaxing service with excellent results. The price is good too. All done in a friendly atmosphere.

Have been coming here for the past couple of years and have always received very good service. Staff are well mannered and respect their customers. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

My son got a pre-wedding hair cut from there. They are least professional and had left a scar on his head. This wasnt expected for a pre-wedding hair cut

Poor Customer service. Just had a pre-wedding haircut from there and this is the pathetic service that they have provided. Though they committed mistake, they didn't inform me that in time and i was very much embarrassed when my friends pointed it out. Being in an elite defence force, i am now forced to shave out my complete hair with my wedding just nearing within 20 days. Guys, who are looking for a quality haircut please try some professionals, i must say that our migrant barbers working in small saloon does a perfect job than this.

Very very poor service with high price. Better go for another option. There are lot of professional beauty saloons in and around TVM with high end services at nominal cost

Thoroughly disappointed. Don't know how it has got good reviews. I suspect they use fake products and for that the cost is too high. Shall never visit this salon again.

Im a Member at Mantra Family Salon since 7 years now and they never disappoint me. Their threading is just so painless and they do it so perfectly without any cuts. Their Facials and Clean Ups also have good range of varities. I basically go for Haircuts. They provide Hairwash with really good range of shampoos and haircut with hair setting at really reasonable prices compared to other salons in Trivandrum

Was lucky to know that Mantra provided safe & hygienic shaving of head for my one and half year old daughter. My son too got his hair trimmed by Naser & he did a patient & satisfying job on both my kids heads. As we had taken prior appointment (the ladies at the reception were really helpful), crowding was almost nil. So coming here for hair services of my kids during Covid scare was really a good decision. Looking forward to more visits to your place.

I have been to various saloon but here it's something different.
Hospitality is nice. They will properly suggest what is better or best for our skin or hair.
One of the cons I felt is I think the rates are a bit overpriced.

Used to be a very good salon, but now reduced to a money focused center for haircuts with pleasant ambience. Extremely poor customer service, rude employees, and an indifferent receptionist. Pitiful.

Good service and hygienic place. Also they are maintaining social distancing for the customers.

Nice place. Better to book appointments beforehand. Hair stylist was good. He was communicative and helpful in selecting a good style suitable to me.

A very good option for tourists as well as local people in the heart of the city. It is next to Trivandrum Taj hotel near Police headquarters. Mostly crowded with guests staying in Vivanta taj. Pricing is moderate. If you have membership you may get a 20-25% discount on your services.

The beautician was very nice. In addition to doing a great job of threading and waxing, she even helped me mend my broken chappal temporarily so that I could walk back home:)

The place is okay.but the quality of service varies from time to time.and that too Stark differenced!

I went there for a haircut. There is enough space for car parking inside the compound and even if thats is full u can park outside too.
The haircut was done nicely, Communication was clear. The cost of service is reasonable. Good ambiance.
And all the staffs are really friendly.

Well i used to go them for my haircuts. This time i took my wife for threading and they said it will take alot of time as they have pedicure and manicure to do on other people. Threading costs very less maybe thats the reason the receptionist told it will take time and she was lest bothered in assisting.

Worst experience.ruined my hair for my wedding. I clearly mentioned that my wedding was 1 week away and pls do my hair nice. I have done the keratin treatment (they suggested) and now I have hairfall.lady in the reception was never customer friendly.

I have been there now 3 times. Each time a different person cut my hair. Every time hair cut was good.

Nice facilities, but waiting time is there, and all staff are North Indians, so effective communication is sometimes a problem. Prices are comparable to most high end places. Results are good. Discount for members available. Payment by credit/ debit card is accepted.

Very bad experience in facial. A day they forced me to do facial and there is no massage in it and they finished it within 20 minutes. Hair cut and threading is ok not at all gud. That lady sitting at reception, whenever we go she tolds there is not enough staff nd all others r busy. She doesnt say to wait or anything. But most of their staffs are sitting aside without work infront of us. She has no respect to their customers and no wish to satisfies their customers.
