Marari Austin Beach Villa

Enjoyed alot here. Good Place and Nice view rooms. Owner and Family is very kind people. Very Good place for Vacation. Walkable distance to beach, located on the Sea shore. Recommended for vacation.

Excellent beach side property.

View of the beach from the balconies of all rooms. Rooms are basic with individual air-conditioner and clean bathroom.

The main upside is the location. You will setting your food straight into the beach from the property.

This beach is around 100m away from the entry of the public beach. Hence less crowded.

Nice beach. Quiet, calm, long. No too much people around. Easy to get from the center by bus. Nice sunset as well. Reccomend this place. We meet a nice family while trying to put down a coconut from the tree (they saw us their skills and invited us to their house).

Incredible experience in this homestay! The family are super kindly, the help us with the food since we couldn’t eat spicy. Also, the rooms are great, so clean and the beach is so close, less than 50 metres! Totally recommendable!

Nice place with lovely view

+ the view, you can see the beach, the sea and the sunsets from the terrace in front of you room, the rooms are nicely furnished, there is space to put your clothes and a small table, the breakfast is very good and you can order dinner which is also delicious.

- the mattresses are a bit old and thin and sag in the middle. There is no water fill up provided so you have to keep buying plastic bottles. I felt very sorry for the large and friendly dog kept in a tiny concrete kennel in the back garden. He looked more neglected than any of the street dogs I have encountered. Early mornings and during the day you could hear him whine. Please consider providing a little more space and care.

Wonderful place perfectly located on the beach. From your porch, you see the sunset over the sea every night. Internet fast enough to stream movies or do video calls for work. Austin and family are lovely hosts too, super friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot for the lovely time!

Perfect place to relax and super friendly family. Me and my partner stayed 1 week. We had a nice room with sea views and a little porche to have breakfast. Location is perfect, you are in front of the beach and the family is super kind and will help you with any kind of wishes. I myself don’t eat spicy and they would always make sure to bring a non spicy meal. Another thing to mention is that we worked remotely from there. The internet is not high speed but enough to do your calls and work.

This hotel is on the Marari Beach itself. Has a great view. The owner has actually built rooms on top of his own house. Its a decent homestay. Complimentary breakfast was decent. We paid Rs 2500 per room. In my opinion this room is only worth 1.5 - 2k. Overall a pretty good homestay with great view but slighly overpriced.

Superbly located right beside the Marari beach. It is in a quiet area of the village and you can access the beach at any time without any hindrance. The beach in front of the homestay is slightly away from the bustle of the parking and entry point of the beach and so one can have this corner of the beach almost to self. Austin and Jasmine are lovely helpful hosts who will make your stay very comfortable. Recommended for a stay if you are in Marari.

Good service by the host, and the beach is in front of us with a beautiful view. Parking space is available but you cannot reach there by normal vehicle because it's much closer to the beach if you have a 4x4 vehicle you can reach there.

Very well situated juste on the beach. The sea is nice and warm. Very good food and rooms are clean.
