Marari Beach Villas

We spent one night during Christmas eve. The ambience was brilliant. The property is spacious and well decorated. The host and his family members made us feel homely. The rooms have basic amenities. There are beautiful Gardens in the property. The food was home made and excellent. Highly recommended.

I loved this villa. Very neat property. Cleanliness is one of the best things about this villa. Beach is very close. May be 200 mtr. Breakfast was very tasty. However, for vegetarians, lunch and dinner would be a problem. They don't provide lunch and dinner. Veg restaurant is 3 to 4 km away. If you have a vehicle with you, then it won't be a problem. I would definitely like to visit this property again.

The Marari Beach Villas is one of my favourite stay point and the property was well maintained, our whole stay was pleasant and peaceful.

Wonderful place to stay. Owner is very helpful. They serves very tasty food. Very near to Marari beach. In this Villa Lane I would prefer to stay here.

There are few things still it needs to taken care for the 3k budget.

1) Rooms smells odd.
2) Parking facilities not there.
3) Should arrange good NV foods available nearby.
4) Water logging in the path way
5) Breakfast should be kerala authentic food.

For Family/KIDS stay, it is not recommended.

The owner is very welcoming and his whole family is very helpful, it has beautiful rooftop dining area, the beach is less then 100mts (walkable) from the stay, huge property. Though please inform the owner about dinner before 6/7 pm, otherwise you’ll have to Swiggy (deliveries do take place here) or order from a nearby restaurant (the owner gives you the contact info).

I really liked coming here, the food here is very good and the service here is also very good, I want people to come here and eat food.

One of the amazing beach villa i visited till today in alleppy. Worth each penny! I suggest u to go for a refreshment. Great location.

The best villa for the tourists who are travelling to Alleppey. It is near to Marari beach (which is better than Alleppey beach). The owner of the villa and his family will provide good hospitality and support for your trip. If you don't know the visiting places nearby like back waters, shikari boat etc, the owner will guide you. We can blindly trust him. He is such a good person. For non-malayalies, also communication is not a problem if you stay at this villa. You can simply communicate in English. The break fast is tasty and healthy.

Me with my family have stayed there at Marari Beach villa on last Saturday.
It was an awesome experience with them. It was our first homestay accommodation, and they have changed the attitude of home stay with 100% facilities and hospitality.

Being a travel agent, and a family person We highly recommend Marari Beach Villas to all who are looking for a stay near to Marari Beach. Beach is near, just a 2 minutes walkable distance. There are Swings and Hammock at the property compound, two huts for having food or to sit to talk and enjoy, on the roof top they have a big space for having breakfast and joy with songs (to sing and dance), and a Hammock. Superb and delicious food, both continental and Indian.
His brother's rooms are also there, So total 8 rooms separately, two rooms top of the house and other 2 as honeymoon cottage.

A family and friendly atmosphere. Once again Thank you all. We loved it and highly recommended.

Had an awesome experience. Property just a few meters away from the beach. The hospitality of Mr. Raju who owns and runs the property is worth mentioning. 10/10 recommend.

A very good homestay to hangout with family and friends. Had a real good time spending here and especially the hospitality, it's amazing. And the complimentary breakfast provided is yummy and tummy full. Go for it.

Oh yeah, they have 2 properties. Go for the one which is 200mts from beach. Voila

Small church but calm quit church at Mararikulam, Alappuzha, Kerala, very much Near to Mararikulam beach. Near this church, homestay available to tourist. Infront of this church Cherthala Arthunkal Alappuzha road available.

What a noise! First thing in the morning (at 5.30 am!) is the sound like gunfire comes from this church. Then the plaintive music starts. The final is when the priest starts to "sing". What a Horror!
If you want to spend nice few days in Mararikulam and don't want to wake up at 5.30 am, stay somewhere far away from this pink church.
Oh. I forgot to mention.in the late afternoon, all show (gunfire shoots, music, prays and singing priest) starts again.
Only for people who want to participate in mass staying in bed.
