Most wholesome experience I've ever had! Everything was perfect- be it the cleanliness of the rooms, friendly service and hospitality, access to the beach and absolutely delicious food! Would absolutely recommend staying here if you're looking for a serene place amidst all things natural

A wonderful tranquil place near the beach. The rooms are in a garden, that has such a nice and peaceful vibe with birds singing in the morning. The owners are so kind, helpful and easy going. The rooms are comfortable, space with airco and a fan. The porch in front of the room also has a fan!

A little oasis in Marari! Room was spotless and homestay only few mins away from the beach. Emil and his dad were welcoming and helped us out with all our inquiries. Cant recommend enough - great homestay!

Only have good things to say about Ebin Charlys Homestay! The room is clean and hygenic with both AC and a fan. The garden gives the house almost a jungely feeling and a good breakfast is included in the price. The house is just a couple minutes walk from the nice beach Marari, where we stayed most of the time. The family who run it takes very good care of you, helping with whatever the issue! Definitely recommend!

Stayed with Emil & his family for 3 nights. Room was spotless, and only a couple of minutes walk to beach. Our hosts were so helpful & kind, and I only have good things to say about this place. Can't recommend it enough!

We loved our stay at ebin charlys home, each member of thier family is so welcoming and kind they go to any extent to help the guest and make them comfortable, the place was very neat and clean with very good ambience, we had beach very near by, overall it was a wonderful stay.

The property is very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful trees, which gives you peaceful homely vibes. I would give 10/10 for cleanliness and service.

I took one room for my friends who came to visit me on the recommendation of my wife who had earlier stayed for a short vacation. The place is well maintained, clean and beautiful. The rooms are wonderful and have everything and more for a comfortable stay. The most wonderful part of this homestay are the caretakers who are simply the most honest, loving and accomodating people I have met. I can recommend this place to others as well wholeheartedly.

We had a great time! Lovely and welcoming family. Abraham, Emil and Charlotte are simply amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. Strongly recommended!

I stayed at the place for 3 nights and it has been the best experience I've ever had! The owners of the place were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room were extremely clean and exceeded all our expectations. It was also spacious inside and the yard was absolutely beautiful. The food that was served for breakfast was delicious! The beach was just a 2 minute walk which made it super easy to access. Everything about our stay was amazing and I would recommend it to everyone who's thinking of it.

First of all it fits my description of a calm relaxing homely place that I wanted. I will list out the pros and cons for you guys as per my taste.
PROS:
1- 200 meters to the beach, Not crowded almost private beach
2- Spacious room and Bathroom, hot water, cool ac
3- Comfortable Bed & Good Wifi
4- Flora and Fauna in the property
5- A beautiful pond and a relaxing porch to enjoy it all
6- Away from hustle and Bustle of the town, but close enough to hop a AUTO/TUKTUK and reach the alleppey town in 30 min max
7- Excellent home cook food
8- A taste of local culture in pure form
9- Above all a great host of Family- They are courteous, attentive, helpful and above all good genuine human beings, always there to help you and provide you with best without any issues. Emil - the son, is shy but he will be there to help you with everything to best of his ability. Mr. Abraham- the father, is always there to provide with all the necessities and does everything with a big smile. Aunty-the Mom- will give you a big smile and great tasty food. All of them have been the highlight of the stay.

CONS: Literally nothing for me, i did not face any issues throughout the stay.
It all boils down to what you are looking for and your taste, i love my nature, beach, local unadulterated people, local culture, access to honest local people along with all the good amenities that you need in a room. So stay here for a long peaceful and enjoyable time.
Emil will help you get food from outside too, Houseboats and taxi, and autos for the best price in the town, i know because i have travelled to kerela many times, also he will show you fresh fish catches in the morning and get fishes for you to try in dirt cheap prices, I took this 15 minutes out of my time for this unbiased review, because some people just deserve your time, because they gave their time to you all the time.

Great place near Marari beach. Emil and his family are great hosts. Clean rooms with a good ambience and surroundings.

The one night stay with family and friends at this place was awesome. The host and his family was extremely welcoming. The beach is just 150m walk away from the stay. My pet Toby too had a wonderful time here. The place is very much inclined to nature. Loved this place and will be visiting again too.

One of the coolest place I have ever visited, we had a very pleasant stay, being our first visit to ebin Charlys home they made us feel like we are at home.

I and my family stay there for 2 days and we just wanted to linger our stay because we loved the home stay, the hospitality, the ambiance and the owner. Uncle, Aunty and Amil, all of them were so humble and ever ready to help. They guided us, booked vehicle for us and prepared mouth watering for for us. There is nothing about the place that we don't like, we loved it and I would highly recommend this place to stay. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Book this and you won't regret for sure.

Amazing stay. Emil and his father is sweetest people and their hospitality makes you feel like home. Just you need some people with you to not get bored.

Ebin charlys homestay is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in between the greenery. It was a awesome luxury stay with homely feel, well maintained and spacious rooms. The owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. Happy to have visited this place and will definitely visit again.
