Its one of my favorite brand but would have been a 5 star if they bring women footwear in Lulu M&S store. Please bring women footwear asap.

Even after 2 weeks now, I haven’t got my pants length altered. Visited the store twice and they promised me to post it to home, but no response. They don’t even pick up your call. Very bad experience.
