Very bad service. Lost half of my hair due to their smoothening treatment. They blamed my hair for hairfall but when I went to a dermatologist he said the reason was not washing my hair properly after using the relaxer. The lady there is dumb

Very bad service. Straightening the hair is not good at all, even after 2 months of straightening, the hair looks like the old one. It's just a waste of money to go here. So no one should go here
