Mary Queens Mission Hospital, Kanjirappally

I had a great experience at this hospital. The staffs were friendly, professional and attentive. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Specially Dr. Jisha Jose, she was very comfortable and very pleasant to attend patients. The nursing staffs in Labour Room and John Paul ward are excellent and I felt well taken care of and respected. Many more thanks to Dr. Jisha, Staffs in Labour Room and John Paul ward. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who needs medical care.

Not recommended. They just want to loot money from public in the name of healthcare service. Avoid if possible.

Hospital may be good enough for the treatment. But the staff should behave politely. We have called to reserve a slot for physician and asked for availability. Not giving the complete information and said that no reservations are possible and didn't told up to what time doctor will be available. But while coming to the hospital asking for reservation which was mentioned not available over the call. The lady (I know the name J**** but hiding here) was too arrogant and told that doctor is already left and didn't tried initially to connect with doctor even we said that we came after enquiring. Then she was telling us that they have call recording scheme even we didn't go for any arguments with her. What her mind set is? Whether we people are coming just for service without any payment?

I hope hospital authority will take care this in future. Please request them to understand that every job has it's own dignity and should politely deal with customer.

I have had a very bad experience recently.pathetic doctors (dr Meena) and management just want to earn money. Never ever going to this Butcher Shop again. Nurses are good but helpless. They just work according to management orders.

I express my sincere appreciation to your care, especially Ashish the physio therapist for his professional attention provided to me. Entire staff of this department is always so helpful, caring and professional. I strongly recomend this Physio therapy department, to anyone who needs medical care.

My wife and I had a mixed experience at Mary Queen's Hospital. The admission process and our stay in our room were both very smooth, and Dr. Meena was great. We were really excited to be expecting our first child.

On the day of my wife's delivery, she was taken to the labor room for her second dose of medication. She was in a lot of pain, and the nursing staff told us that she might be delivering soon. Later, they informed us that she would be having a C-section, which we were fine with. Our baby was born at 6: 57pm.

The next day, my wife was moved back to her room. She told me that she had a terrible experience with the nursing staff in the labor room, especially Sister Liza. She said that Sister Liza was very unsympathetic to her pain. She also realised that there were shortage of staffs in the labor room.
My wife was very emotional about this, and I felt terrible for being left alone during the labor pain and felt very bad that she had to go through that.

I want to say that we had a great experience with the rest of the staff at Mary Queen's Hospital. Dr. Meena was amazing, and the other nurses in our ward were very kind and helpful. But one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch, and I think the management needs to do more to train their staff to be more hospitable to patients.

I know that labor pain is a common experience for nurses, but it's still a very painful and emotional time for the patient. It's important for nurses to be understanding and compassionate, especially during such a vulnerable time.

I hope that Mary Queen's Hospital will take my feedback into consideration and make some changes to their training program. I would hate for other patients to have the same negative experience that my wife did.

Good services and treatment. The nurses are very supoortive and cooperative especially Mother theresa ward staffs.

CASUALITY doctor in charge was very efficient.
Male nurse there has a crude behavior. Your are sick and your have to take this.
Staff is arrogant and irresponsible which creates a bad impression to the duty doctor too.

Dear Managemet, I visited your hospital urology department for my father's treatment, But the doctor in there (Mr. Anwar) is an arrogant person, he behaves rude to his patients and he doesn't know Malayalam also. Patients suffer to communicate with him. Our area is a rural one, so please appoint a local language speaking doctor. Otherwise, this will affect your hospital reputation.

Mary Queens mission Hospital give excellent care to the patients. Staff and Doctors are giving a friendly atmosphere. Clean and hygienic room with many facilities in JOHN PAUL Ward and patient friendly nursing care (Divya sister, Bennet sister etc.)
and doctors (Dr. Manoj Mathew, Dr. Jose Antony etc.) service. Dr. Manoj Mathew is God itself in the role of a Pediatrician. His sincerity, patience, empathetic behaviour, knowledge etc are quite appreciable. He is the best Pediatrician ever I met. Dr. Jose Antony is also a good hearted doctor. His patience and support are highly appreciated. A very good experience with the hospital and the team.

General physician's OPD congested with 4 seated chair. Cannot even enter to sit or walk.plz Try to remove one line from there and make some space to sit freely. Otherwise good care.

Good hospital in this area. New developments have given an elegant look to hospital. Hospital is equipped with all modern facilities and good doctors.
Pediatrician Dr. Manoj Mathew is the best doctor for every children. From our experience, when our daughter was admitted there due to heavy fever, at the time of rounds doctor noticed her severe fever and spend extra time for her. He also promised her that he will visit in the evening with her favourite peanut candy. On that particular day due to heavy rush in op he couldn't get proper rest at all. Even then he came to visit her with the candy. She was highly excited and delighted. Dr is very patient and kind towards all our doubts. Nurses care is very promising especially in John Paul Ward. Sisters are very supportive and caring.
Parking space, Insurance desk, cleanliness, canteen facility etc are all good. Overall a promising hospital in every aspects.

If you are regular visitor of reviews in various online platforms you might have noticed that the admin or the owner will respond to all your comments whether the comments are negative or positive. Now you please have a look at the way the owner has responded to comments here. He/She has responded only to positive comments. There are no replies to suggestions or complaints. This is the attitude of the Management and the PRO. As mentioned in various comments the infrastructure is great but the quality of service that you get here poorer than the poorest. Worst part is the pharmacy area. If it takes half an hour to meet the doctor you will have to wait more than one hour at the pharmacy. The token system is such that you can take the token even before you consult the doctor. So what happens is that those who are straight forward go meet the doctor and then take the token for pharmacy but the experiences have taken the token the moment the entered the hospital for consultation. Result those who consulted the doctor will get medicines before you. If you go and meet the PRO he will welcome you with arrogance and attitude. Zero consideration for the customers. So as far as possible avoid this hospital.

Had good experience from obstetrics n gynecology department. Would like to mention Dr. Jisha Jose for her excellent care and also the staff nurses in obstetrics n gynecology for their good quality of care, understanding and are approachable.

The medical treatment given is appreciative. But registration and front office staffs are worst. They don't know how to behave to a customer.first train them to how to behave to a customer. Drmarekalum valuthanna aviduthe chela staffinte vicharam.

We expect more survive from the hospital but didn't get. Its an average survive compared to other hospital. Before two year we get good survive but now! There is No phonepay, cash pay only. Even a small shope are get that phone pay

Just looks are good. Health wise, it's like stock market- things are based on luck- it could be the extreme positive or negative. Choice is yours, pursue it or hedge it.

Context: My grandmothers health deteriorated more after taking her to this hospital and we decided to not take that risk ever again.
