MARYLAND HOTEL & LODGING

WORST FOOD man. All food items had stinking smell. Not well cooked also. Pathetic how such hotels get license to run if their cooling is so bad. I will never order again. Also my rating is in minus.since it doesn't have option I am giving -1 star. Pathetic food.

Just attended a function catered by maryland team.what a worst service. They where serving food without cleaning utensils. Even the owner was not ready to here the complaints by the client.never recomet for family functions.

Fine and it's ok. The rooms are fine. Food is only limited as due to pandemic situations. Overall ok

There is a A/C conference hall with capacity of about 80. Dining hall has no ac facility. Toilet fecility wasnt good

MaryLand is a Lodging facility situated in K. P. Road, Kayamkulam, one of the busiest place in Kayamkulam. The premise being near to railway station and Bus Depot the travellers can enjoy a very good hygiene stay facility. The most appreciable part is that they have sufficient Parking space for Two Wheelers and Four Wheelers. The parking space is well managed /organized in such way that the guest and visitors can peacefully park their vehicle at the same time the pedestrians may not have issue on disturbances.

The Mansion also carries a restaurant just in the entrance itself helping the inmates of Lodging.

The Federal Bank and ATM of Federal Bank is also in the same building which is very helpful for guest / inmates.

They have a facility of conference hall where one can plan program for with average number of participants

Bedsheets weren't clean. Bed was filled with ants when I stayed there 2 days ago and got bitten by it in my sleep. Rooms were not hygienic. I couldn't sleep at night as I faced itching or rash problems because of the dirty pillow covers, bedsheets and blanket which were a breeding ground for bacteria and bugs. And also the room rates were high. Bad service and a bad place to stay.

This hotel food is very waste food. I was buy food parcel from here 1 weak ago. Unfortunately I was hospitalized the Doctor said that it was food poison and my family also affecting the same.so please don't buy from here they are selling expired food

Just ok room. Bathroom is better, but pillows are pathetic and without cover. So not a ready room u need to adjust. Don't know is it cleaned after somebody used.

Shawarma was not tasty even grilled chicken was nasty.
Combo offers are there for arabic foods.like shawarma combo, grilled chicken combo.
Waiters are not professional.
For lodging -recently upgraded ground floor to federal bank.now lodging is available on 1st and 2nd floor only.
Quiet place for bachelors to enjoy drinking by reserving a room

Water is filled with soil.
Dirty water is coming from tap.
Food is very bad inside the hotel.
Room is not having TV.

It is one of the best hotels for a friendly get together or partyand about the food beef fry was not that good.staffs were polite and friendly.

One of the leading hotel in kayamkulam town. Ample car parking facilities are available. The rooms are average with affordable rate. Restaurant facilities are there. They serves good and tasty food. Outdoor food corner is there. This hotel is very near to kayamkulam railway station and one km away from KSRTC bus stand. Lot of shopping establishment are near to it. There is petrol pump in front of the hotel. Lot of ATM counters are also there.

Very bad experience.no hot water.no blanket.only the rate is high.infact very high.staffs also non responsible.cocroachs are there in the room.no neatness.if anybody is planning to stay there.think before you book.it is worth 800/- only but they are charging 2000/-. Really pathetic.

One of the best hotel in Kayamkulam with affordable rates. Easy to reach from bus station and railway station.

Rs. 2000 for a double room is not worthy.
No telephone. No room service. They don't even have kept drinking water in the room.
