Rooms could have been better.bathroom has foul smell always

Best place to spend evening, looking at the beautiful sunset. Food is also good here especially the kebabs and soups.

The resort is just beside the Arabian sea giving majestic views.

Coming to the rooms, it is okay (not too good, not bad either).
Can be improved with lights, adding more amenities.

Wifi is very poor, although they give you login credentials but the network itself is poor.

They serve complimentary breakfast which is sufficient, you can also order food from the restaurant which indeed is good and well cooked.

The parking space is decent.
The swimming pool is decent, would have been great if it would have been an infinite one.

But the resorts view and location, overall eclipses all its minor drawbacks.

Had a very nice and good stay.

We go to Mascot as it’s one of the favorite place in Kannur and we have a lot of memories. The location is superb but now the property needs A LOT OF RENOVATION… so if the management could look out on this would great … Jithu my dear friend please do look on to this as it’s a place we love to me and love to come back!

I would love to visit this place again and again.

Picture perfect location, view from the room is awesome. Food was great.

Lighthouse is nearby. There are numerous places to visit nearby.

If you are travelling and visiting kannur, then this is the place to stay.

Awesome experience, only drawback is lift didn't work.friendly staff & good views.food was tasty.

Mascot beach resort has a great location. Not only is it located on sea cliff, the neighbourhood is also a Cantonment. It is very quite and peaceful.

The rooms themselves are quite dated and the furniture while functional needs some up keep. Room only had 1 plug that can accept a USA style adapter.

We had breakfast and it was the standard breakfast spread with 5 to 6 main items.

While the people working at Mascot were very nice and polite I think attention to detail was missing.

For example, while the room had facility to make tea/coffee there was no spoon for stirring. The room had only one towel to begin with and no hand napkins.

Saddest thing is that we saw one room service person throw some litter in the sea!

One other thing that took us by surprise was that the WiFi was not free and the charges were fixed at 550 rs per day!

This place has lot of potential. If the service staff is better trained to have an eye for detail then Mascot can provide amazing experiences to its guests.

Visited cafe kyze. Coffee takes a Lot of time but is good. Slightly overpriced but view is good

Quiet little place near Kannur Cantonment. Rooms with sea facing balconies offer a great view of the coast. Unfortunately no beach access as the resort is located atop a steep cliff with the sea down below

Location is exquisite. The resort ticks all the points necessary to make it exceptional.
Good job by the management, staff, caretakers.
Warm and friendly staff, food at the restaurant is delicious, a must try if u visit this side of town.

MASCOT BEACH RESORT is a superb business class hotel located in Kannur near Baby Beach facing the Arabian Sea.
All rooms have a sea view glance. Excellent atmosphere and ambience, swimming pool, vast open lawns are a thrill. Open lawns dining enjoying the sea breeze is a lovely experience. Food is excellent, staff very courteous. One can really enjoy their time here either individually or jointly.

Best beach resort in Kannur. Best restaurant especially famous for "Ila sadya" they have a open restaurant facility which facing sea, very suitable to hangout with family evening time. Beautiful sunset you can watch from here.
