Staffs are good. But the watchman is so incoperative.they don't assist in taking vehicles.

Place is located just a little away from crowdy area of thiruvalla with good parking. Like all other max fashions shop this also same. Nothing special is there. In fact nearby shops in chnaganacherry which recently opened is much larger than this one and has great collections separated in 3 floors.

Max offers variety of clothes. They have clothes of different designs and good quality as well. Parking here is good enough. The prices are justified and decent. Definitely not too expensive nor too cheap. The overall construction of the shop including the ambience is very good! The choices that you get here are one of the best. It may be a little crowded but not too crowded most of the time. The staff here is very helpful and kind as well. Very clean interiors and a good vibe overall. Definitely go here if you want a pair a clothes. They also sell socks, footwear, earrings etc. There is a trying room and there are adequate number of trying rooms.

The traffic is high and the costumer care is also not that good.

Mens section. Selection is very boring and clothes racks are arranged in very hap hazard and confusing manner.

Huge collection for Western clothing, only thing is you may see many others in town wearing the same clothes you wore.

Shopped here today with my family. However we were very disappointed with the security staff rude and unprofessional behavior. We decided not to shop at this branch again due to the rude security staff.

Good collection and budget friendly cloths available. But quality is not long lasting because of the budget friendly prices. Staffs are having decent behavior. Recommended place if your looking for budget friendly collection of cloths.

Purchased dress from here.but no stitching facility. Even after 4 days they are saying the tailor is Not available right now, you come tomorrow like that. Atleast they should say that they don't have stitching facility. Very sad experience.

A well maintained readywear showroom in Thiruvalla having good selection and varieties of dresses at affordable prices in a friendly atmosphere.

I don't know why there is so many positive reviews. But the actual thing is the quality is very poor especially gents branded jeans. Pls don't go for jeans in this shop the colors will get faded even after the 3d wash. My blue coloured jeans turned into white. I brought it for 2k

Material quality is good with affordable rate. Ladies collections also good. From my point of view ladies long kurtas were very less. Most of the kurtis are knee length.

Disappointed a little bit with lack of collection and variety for the men's wear. Have bought clothes from many other outlets of max in india, i felt they are a couple of steps behind from their other outlets. May be a market strategy for Kerala. I also felt they lack any festival season offers, for example I went to this place for shopping during onam, and what they had to offer was a trolley bag for purchase over 7k and air tight container for purchase over 3k (I don't remember correctly for this). On top of this you have to pay an extra 450 and 150 respectively which people would never go for it comparing to 40 percentage or 30 percentage off during the festive season of their competitors.

Good collection of dress. Price is but high but worthy. Each floor designated for kids, women and men. Facilities like dress alteration, fitting room, restroom are available. Parking facility available.
We have to either purchase the paper carry bag or else we can take one there.

Very good and finest collections are available but the worst part is that if we buy clothes for a huge amount or in huge quantity, still they ask us whether we want a carry bag or not. If we opt for the same then they will charge.

Worst customer service. These people are telling two different things. I bought a shirt and was told they will alter the shirt with great care and make it to my size. And to my suprise they dont go great stiching. And they really don't care about the customers either. Poor service.

No carry bags, if you want one you've to pay for it. They're having a charity scheme, you can donate your changes if you wish to do so. The cashier informs about the charity scheme, you can be a part of it by donating your balance amount starting from 2 rupees.
Two benefits for Max team by doing so, they don't need to keep to much balance coins and they can donate a huge amount to others. I suggested them if they want to make donations they should make it from their profit.

Really good apparels/accessories at reasonable rates. I've been to Max Outlets in Middle East, Trivandrum and the like ; this one albeit a bit small is no minor in service or selection.

Excellent environment and a variety ok dresses at a low cost and being product with low cost doesn't compramises with the quality of the cloth! I recommend all of you guys to visit the max outlet of thiruvalla atleast once!

Located in the heart of Thiruvalla with garments for all ages. Its too expensive for some items and other items are just average. Staff behavior is upto the mark and the least part is limited parking facilities. Its not a good option for everyday shoppers.

Really poor service

There was no responsible person to solve the issue we faced which was that they misplaced an item at the counter.

The weather was bad and no parking which made the situation worse.

The variety is limited and place is too crowded.the staff is limited and busy probable because the place was overcrowded.kids apparel quality was also not up to the mark.also did not get the desired size for palazzo that was required.

I was a regular customer of this shop but last time I had experienced very bad experience from one of the staff of this shop, I complained about her at that shop and also send an email to the authorities but no reply has come, so I decided that hereafter I will never purchase anything from this shop and never recommend this shop to anyone. Such kind of staffs are actually a curse to that shop, please train them to behave properly to customers.
