I was so pleased with their outstanding customer service which is second to none and impressed with their professionalism. How can I not mention Arati's name? She went that extra mile to help my friend and I find what we were looking for. Thankyou!

Customer service was better than before, A boy named "Ananthu", helps me to find shirts & explained about offer's, first time i had a good experience from maxx, polite & customer friendly behaviour.

Very bad approach from cash/delivery counter staff. They are rude and not customer friendly. I had such a bad experience only from Max outlet at Kallampally, SREEKARIAM. I am not blaming other outlets of MAX as a whole. Managent should train all of the counter staff of this outlet soon.

No great selection and price is also on the higher side. No discounts as well. With zudio becoming so aggressive, not sure if max can withstand it

The place has nice ambience like we want to stay there. They have a wide variety of dress. I personally prefer this max guys- for boys! I don't know about girls

Max Sreekaryam (Trivandrum) delivered shirt without removing magnetic security tag.noticed it while reached home.with bill details complained at their call centre/ fb page but very poor response and they simply told me to visit store to get it removed.no courtesy even for long distance customers like me.earlier one of my issue resolved by Reliance Trends customer support and while comparing with it I would rate Max with a big ZERO

Sreekaryam max has a good collection of clothes for both men and women when compared with other Max outlet

Good choice for baby/kid clothings, we were able to get soft cotton clothes which are pretty comfortable for sensitive skin types. Good selection for men/women for latest trends/styles both in ethnic and western types. Reasonable prices for almost all items though there could be better offers for customers who purchase in bulk.
Kids/women accessories seemed to be overpriced. Footwear/handbags selection has improved in my recent visit (Nov 2022).
Overall, chances of finding your favorite clothing items are great in this branded store!

Unless you are fine with wearing like looking dress, its a nice place to visit and shop. Good offers are very attractive too

They have a very good selection of clothes for kids, men and women. The footwear collection is not that great though.

There is a grocery store here that still hesitates to provide carry bags to carry the stuff you purchase even after the court ruling. They force you to buy carry bags by end of purchase if you want to carry the stuff you purchased which i think is very pathetic. Customers end up buying costly carry bags as there is no other option after spending so much time picking up their products and billing them standing in queue. Please step up the customer service. You are definitely already billing them a good price for the products that can easily cover the carry bag expenses.

Old clothes. Selling under the banner of 50percent discount.
No proper place to sit for kids, old people etc.

Super shop for dress shopping. Njangal kooduthalum max il ninna shop cheyunne eniku kids dress anu kooduthalum ishtapettathu. Pinne women then only men.

Nilgris shopping market is good. Max store has very little options for children from 5-12 years.

Collection is good, especially during sales. Dresses wont last more than a year with regular use.

Hate the fact that though they r a brand they wont pack the dress and we are compelled to buy 15rs cover wich is made of paper and doesnt last. Either they shpuld give complementary packaging with brown paper cover just like all textiles or upgrade their cover to a good quality cloth material worth the money.

Situated near to sreekaryam. A good place to shop for the family. Usually crowded during weekends and promotional offer time. Have good collection for kids and ladies. Car parking available.

An extremely pleasant all round shopping experience, with excellent selection especially for ladies.added bonus are the very friendly staffs at the ladies section.

Poor customer service, I get to the lot of customer service people around that floor every one talking each other and never ask need any help until I asked them to help, even I didn't get a good service.

Very nice and large collection of affordable clothing and accessories. Taking one star off, bcause of the ignorance and indifference of most of the staff. Some of them have no clue what they have in the shop and what they dont. Great location, as the traffic is always less in the area.
