Dress materials are good and some items are bit expensive. But you wont be disappointed.

NB: - Be extra cautious while you enter the parking area as it's too congested.

I used to visit the max showroom for many years since it’s venture in Pala, However this was the first time that I really experienced a good customer service that I had happened to visit the shop today with my brother, we were there in the shop for almost an hour going through the various choices of clothes and our shopping was made so easier and enjoyable with the staff Mr. Arun who really made our experience this time more memorable than ever with Max fashions Pala.

One of the best branded fashion store unde MAX situated at the heart of pala. Easily accessible from the road. Good parking facility especially easily accessible to both One ways. The showroom is very organised. Seperate sections for Gents, Ladies, Boys, Girls and kids. Not just branded clothes, they have footwear, fashion accessories and Toys etc. The interaction of the staff is very satisfying. They are very helpful in finding proper size materials as per our requirement. Billing is also fast and good.

It's a branded showroom same as every where in India.this showroom is also big and having lot of collections

Not very expensive, but decent material for dress, then it's a nice place to visit in pala.have good collection, especially kids wear and ladies wear. Most of them are their own brands and not much popular brands.but I have been buying from max for last 15 years and I feel the product are of decent quality

Max Palai, is definitely one among the best outlets I have been to. The collection is good, good offers and reasonable prices, good service and most importantly they are happy to resolve any issue that arises with your purchase with utmost patience!

Mens were shirts starting @ 599 its really good patterns an daily were shirts by 2 100 rupes of solid shirts, customer serves is to good compare to other shops in pala

Situated near Pala Kurishu Palli. The store is neat and well kept. Staffs are well behaving. The collection of dress is less compared to other shops like Reliance Trends and there are not many brands to choose from. But their collection of T-shirts is excellent. Have heard colour fade soon from shirts brought from Max but the T-shirts i brought are still good.

Good collection for kids as well as ladies. One of the good things about this line of clothing was that the sales people don't follow you around when you shop, which I loved.

Max clothes doesnt have good quality. I bought a pants for 1200. Sadly after 2 months its colour started fading. Now its unuseful. Try to provide value for money for your products. Other brands they sell are good.

I had a grand bill of 7,582.02, which I informed to split the bill as per the offer 1499,5times she went ahead and processed the bill and provided 1 voucher for 400inr. I told her I am to recieve 5 vouchers as that's what I had instructed her, she said she can't do anything about it. So this is how you train your staffs for customer service. Excellent job guys. Keep up the pathetic un knowledgeble staffs!

One of the best place in palai, they have full ground floor just for parking. We can get here using two separate roads, you can use it for entryway or exit way.

Almost all kind of dresses can be purchased from here.almost all things rates high.even though you can have a verity of options here with nice colour combinations.good trial rooms and staffs.there we have to pay extra for the carry bags and if not we have to take it in bare hands.good parking slots available.

Shop and collection ok, but if you buy any items, you want a carry bag then need to pay extra Rs 5 for the carry bag. We spend Mony there, but they are not ready to give carry bag free like other shops.

Had a visit to this place today. I was searching for dresses for my 5 year old nephew.there were enough collections.the interiors were done in such a manner that kids love to spend time over there. Any need of alterations can be met from the fitting services provided at the floor.overall experience was satisfying except the malfunctioning of lift, which prevents me from awarding 5 star rating.

The board says for every INR 1,499 a voucher of INR 400. Therefore, a purchase of INR 7,582 should enable MAX to release 5 vouchers. However, I received only 1 voucher. This is a rip off.

Its a really good fashion store for both gents and ladies.you can find good collections here.but the offer is limited to few sections.anyway max products are worth in my experience.the service is good but if u are person who loves to have a private space while shopping.u ill be disappointed with the sales guys here as they keep watching u and giving lose advise on your shopping skills.also check the price and offer before you hit the bill section.skip Tuesday's shopping as tailors wont be available on that day.u ill have to make another visit with your bill for alternations

Staffs are good supportive but not much selection.
Also price is heigher compare to other showrooms. The quality of products only average compare to products. Staffs knowledge level can more increase which hellfull for proper slection of materials for customers.

Max showroom situated in the middle of pala town near to kurisupally. Parking facility is in the underground floor and 8_10 cars can be parked at a time. Lift not operating from the parking lot, so we need to walk from parking to first floor. Showroom is near to old town bus stand. Medium collections are available.
