The worst shopping experience I have ever had! Picked up a couple of t shirts with flat price but during billing they said they can't honor the offer because the t shirts were misplaced! As if it was my mistake! Again the return is such a SCAM where they only provide exchange credits. They're not clear about the concepts of RETURN and EXCHANGE!

There were a lot of woman's collections specifically. Kinda crowded. Well, they also got a good collection of men's and kid's collection too. A lot of T-shirts of many different types. Awesome place in my opinion.

Recently I visited this shop with my friends we got a bad experience from their staffs. We were trying different dresses and they were like get it fastt and stuff. We didn't like it. Please check before coming

Worst experience. I take a shirt which have offer but when I came to billing session they are telling me offer is not for this shirt. And I gave the exact amount.first pin the correct tag for each offers for the clothings.

Worst worst shopping experience ever. Very poor staff customer relationship. I purchased for 768 rupees. The amount was debited from my account via UPI transaction and they still insisted me to pay via some other method citing some illogical reasons. They didn't let me take the purchased items even though the payment was successful. Neither did they issue the bill. I returned home without any items and a loss of 768rupees. Please don't go to this kind of shops that are gambling their customers. These franchises bring only shame to one of the trusted brand -Max.

Worst experience in max, especially staff behaving towards the customer is really poor, and nobody doesn't know exactly what need to be done.
As I thought max is one of the good shopping centre and really exhausted with today's purchase.
I bought the items and ready to do the payment but waiting for long queue and people are rushing through, and later we just left from the shop and get rid off.

Recently purchased one Tshirt worth 149 rupees. Paid through online, however the sales girl insisted me to pay through offline and informed that the amount debited from my account Will be credited to my account next day. I have contacted them twice, they replied that the amount will be credited soon. The amount has not received still, such a worst experience never expected from max fashion store. Paid 298 rupees (149 through online and 149 through offline) for a product Worth 149 rupees.

This is an off shoot of Arvind Mills, do not expect any variety in selection or merchandise. Just a so so place.
