Staffs are not well trained to deal with customers.

The collection of designs are very pathetic

While Max Shop does offer discounts on certain items, I must note that their collection is disappointingly small. Although the prospect of discounted products is enticing, the limited variety of items available detracts from the overall shopping experience.

They've severely messed up the clothes. I couldn't locate anything in my size. When I searched in the ladies section, I came across this.

Good collection of casual clothes for all ages. Prices are also reasonable. Footwear, accessories, perfumes, soft toys, water bottles and lunch boxes for kids also available. There is a common parking area for all the shops in the complex.

Max store - lacks new design and style products especially in ethnic section.
Max is a very economical store - where you could pick up jeans under 600 and T-shirt under 300-400 range.
Daily use kurtas in 500 - 600 range is available but then there is no variety, it’s same old stock.
And this store is so stuffed, difficult to even move without banging on racks and dresses.

The ambience is good. Having a decent collection of dresses and purchased some cloths and I'm satisfied with that.nice shopping.

Collection are not that much but pocket friendly.
Ground floor for ladies items first floor for men and children.
Footwear are also available but on a limited numbers.
Offers are available almost upto 50%
Definitely try once to have an experience.

Not many collection here. Waste of time. Parking for 4 wheeler is in basement but for bike, a space before entrance to max and there is a risk of slipping due to the gravel.

Affordable casual clothing store.accessories like shoes, belt, jewelry, bags.etc are also available here. They've enough enough parking space too.

Earlier max collections were good for Kids and Ladies. Now good collections started appearing for Gents too, all at affordable price.

T shirts r of good quality. Cheap and excellent. But the billing process is very lengthy and the customer needs to wait for a long time in the queue. The employee told me that their software/computer is damaged and they have already informed their hireups about that issue. But even after rectifying/repairing, the same situation continues. I think the top management is not concerned about this particular billing issue/delay. Also, when I was shopping, one employee was shouting to another one inside a room. He should have shown the decorum to restrain himself atleast when the customers were present. Customer loves to have a hassle free shopping experience. Also, in the half sleeve shirt section, 44 sized shirts were missing. I informed them, but they couldn't provide me even one piece. If they didn't have atleast a single shirt, they should have arranged it from another shop (max itself) or assuaged me by saying that, they would bring it by evening or the very next day. Saying no to a customer is poor customer service. I went shopping there on 20th August.

I went to purchase dress for my teenage boys and I found fairly good selection of boys clothes which were trendy and stylish. Here you see lot of sales people hanging around but they don't come forward to help.

Fashion supermarket in seaport airport road with good collection of casual and formal garments with reasonable price.

This outlet is small compared to the other Max outlets. But the store has so much variety and its always on some great sale! Bought almost 60 T-shirts (all sizes) and it was below 7500 Rupees (105$).
Highly recommend if you want to makeover your wardrobe!

Good collections of clothes and very easy to find location and the staff's behaviour was excellent.

This showroom is situated on the same building which has the KFC in Chittethukara you can get he dress for gents, ladies and kids. Most of the time they run some offers.
The collection of materials are good and they do have varieties especially for kids and ladies.
The same is opened on Sundays also and has parking facilities.

Max is the only branded clothing store in Kakkanad. Everything decently priced well below other similar brands. Good quality clothing

It is a better option for people, when we look on a medium level budget dress, Then they have a clean and simple pattern to keep clothes. Which is helpful to the customers. So the selection and all will be made simple. Then they have separate floors according to gender. So the trial room confusions and all are not happening here. Only the updation in the collection matters. Otherwise it is a nice place to have a casual shopping.

All types of clothing are available at MAX. I usually buy outfits for me and my friends from this shop and everything is worth for its price

Clothes and accessories are of highest quality and provide maximum value of money. You can use it all very rough and on daily basis, but still all items last long than we expect. If you are looking for clothes and accessories that are unique in style, then Max is not the place for you.
They have every item plenty in number and stock might be the same across all stores which is necessarily the reason behind such a low price.
You can also change the item from any Max store within the stipulated period as per the conditions mentioned.
There's ample parking space right in front of the store.

The customer service is great. I had to exchange the size of my shirt but I lost my bill. They spend lot of time and effort to figure out the bill id and helped to exchange the shirts.
