Good place to stay. Neatly maintained. Have all the facilities for family or bachelor get together. Can easily accommodate around 8-10 people. Have many trees in the property. Have grill options as well. Property manager Bijo and owner Ninan was very helpful. Overall a very good experience. Will definitely visit the place again in future.

We had our 12th grade farewell at Maya. It was so good. We had a great time there. They have a beautiful and peaceful property and I can’t wait to go again ️

We stayed at Maya Heritage for 8 nights and had a lovely time. The heritage property is extremely well-maintained with architecture, furniture and curios that gives us a glimpse of its rich past. But at the same time the house is quipped with all modern amenities like microwave, gyser, AC etc. The beautiful house is surrounded with acres of tall trees, creating an oasis of peace and quiet. The property manager Bijoy and neighbour Laiju and family are quick to respond to any concerns and queries, ensuring that our stay was perfect and enjoyable. Maya Heritage has a well-equipped kitchen to whip up a quick meal. Alternatively, it's well serviced by Swiggy and Zomato for unlimited meal options.
If you want a break from your chaotic lifestyle and unwind, Maya Heritage is an excellent option to connect with nature and your inner peace!

A nice and cozy getaway that feels too far away from the hustle & bustle of city, but is in fact quite near to Kottayam town, which is like the best of both worlds in terms of calmness and accessibility. There are plenty of rooms and open spaces, don’t forget the huge patio right behind the house. The host & caretaker were very hospitable & courteous as well, which made our lives easier. Seems like a good place to host some small functions/ parties. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s planning for a nice weekend with friends or fam. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

We were delighted to be in Maya heritage for a period of about 10 days. The place is located between kottayam town and Olassa and has the meenachil river frontage though not directly. We were very happy with our overall experience whether it was the basic amenities, the cleanliness of the place or the staff who made our stay very comfortable. A special word of mention for our hosts Mr Vinod and Mr Ninan alex both of whom were extremely helpful to all our needs and were only a message away. I also congratulate them for this wonderful place they have.all the best Maya heritage.

We had a wonderful homestay at Maya Heritage Villa, in Aymanam, Kottayam two weeks ago. The house is an authentic Kerala style house but carefully modified to incorporate modern comforts. Bijo the caretaker was cheerful and very helpful. We were delighted to meet with the owners of the property who dropped in to check on us. The homestay also has a great arrangement with a family who stay close by, they cook a genuine Kerala meal be it breakfast or dinner with prior notice. All in all a great place, will go back for sure

We booked a night’s stay at this house through Airbnb. The owners and the caretaker were communicating promptly and we were given all the information needed. The caretaker greeted us at night and helped us arrange home cooked authentic Kerala food for both dinner and breakfast.

The owners visited us the next morning and explained a few things about the house and the surrounding farms. Beautiful farms and surroundings - the whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay here!

Spanning 3 acres, amidst lush green trees Maya Heritage shines like a gem showcasing a century of glory. Everything about the stay was perfect. Spacious rooms, facilities and service. One particular aspect that surprised us was the sheer resources it provided to the residents. Beverages, eggs, bread & jam along with kettle, a refrigerator, stove and even a barbecue grill, making it a quintessential location for a get together, and the surrounding nature is an icing on top.

A peaceful abode where you can commune with nature and quieten down, Maya Heritage is ideal for anyone who wants to get away from the hectic pace of urban life.

I conducted my haldi at Maya and it went amazing. Such a positive ambiance. The place is really calm and quiet. If you are looking for a traditional home with all the new facilities then I would definitely recommend this for you. Great service too. Will definitely visit again

This might be a basic answer, but this is one of my favourite stays in Kottayam now and is certainly no less impressive!
Also, the customer service is too good. I Would definitely like to visit again!

Perfect Place to throw a private party in Kottayam, it's located in the heart of the town but isolated enough from any distraction, it's a 100 year old ancestral property restored in its full glory with all the amenities needed, there is an external Portico wherein we can sit together, drink, smoke, sing, scream or do anything we want, without worrying about any external interference.

This place can easily accommodate 10 people for stay, but at least 30 people can hang around and have fun there (there is bed only for 10).

They have kept the place in a very professional way just like what they do in any hospitality industry, Bedroom kept with all toiletries, blankets, a Full equipped kitchen with Bread and Jam, Bread Toaster, Oven, fridge, washing Machine.electric Kettle coffee Powder and what not.

This would be definitely my pick for accomodating my guests in any of our functions.

We had small celebratory event and the place was good and nice to stay. There's enough space to wander around outside and privacy is really good

Definitely one of the finest stay in Kottayam, Kerala. It's a 3 BHK entire heritage bunglow with a beautiful plantation surrounding it and. Perfect for any kind of trip and a perfect combo of history and modernization together. I stayed with my family of 5 and could easily accommodate our driver as well without any further charges. From hospitality, service and even the smallest essential items was already taken care before even mentioning it. Thank you Ninan, Lygu and Biju for making our stay a really memorable one. The only issue was to find the place at night which was well handled by Ninan. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will be our stay whenever we come.

This cottage was built in 1907 which in itself is a heritage, Maya heritage serves the purpose of your vacay, excellent rooms with in house kitchen, with all the basic amenities provided from washing machine to oven to toaster to gas, everything was there whatsoever your need is. You'll have to purchase the food items from the nearby shops, which is a hassle for some, cause the nearby markets is situated around 5-6 kilometres from the cottage, so either have to take a taxi or book a cab for your purchase. The backyard was lit, and I would highly recommend you to stay here. One small thing that could add up to this place would be a swimming pool. If the owner is reading this please take it as a suggestion construct swimming pool cause you have plenty of area left in where you can fit in a swimming pool.
