I ordered products worth more than 30k. They said it will deliver today. I was clearly instructed them that I need the product on day time not at night. I called the customer care number, a lady picked up and talked in a rude manner. She shouted to me that “ I cannot do anything, there is no point of talking to you, I don’t care ‍️ you will get the product! ”. I paid the full amount while booking so that I will get the product on time but the behaviour of this lady is very bad. Is this the way that mayoori ladies staff behave to a customer who paid full amount! Her behaviour feels me like I am a begger and she paid for me! Very cheap customer service. Especially the lady staff who is attending the calls, useless customer care lady. I made a mistake of buying from mayoori! Product is god but customer care lady staff is cheap and rude behaviour. Now I feel that they may send damage product to me!

Very bad experience i ordered one sofa and dining table set.after 3 days the sofa and dining chair has been damaged. I informed them.after 1 week they inspected the product and they told that it's require repairs it will take more than 15 days and they takened from my house. After 15 days there will be no updates from their part. I called them they told that they will call back after 10 or 20 minutes. After 20 minutes no response from their part. This is so rude and pathetic response from their part. It's more than 1 month.i didn't get the product. I am ver disappointed.so I am recommending don't buy things from this shop. Go to other shops better than this shop. Product quality is very cheap.service also cheap.

Excellent collection of furnitures in Kochi. Purchased few furnitures, some were even customised. Raziya was particularly helpful with product and material selection and worked with their team to make sure I get the furnitures in the way I wanted. Worst service.: No stock just advertisement only. Not recommended at all. Staff less knowledgeable about stock and customer service is very poor. I selected more than 1 lakh items later saying no stock and for delivery will take more than one week. Very disappointed waste of time visiting them.

Will never ever buy from there. Bought a sofa set and at the time of purchase they made a lot of promises, anytime support bla blah. And after 2 weeks I called them for a help and the executive told they will get back after checking. But they never got back and after multiple calls they responded. Such a frustrating experience.

Also the sofa was a costly one and they claimed it is because of good quality wood inside etc etc. And I found the cheapest wood inside that too the "white portion of the wood". Sofa was made some where in Malappuram. Cheating people

Loved the collection of all the types of furnitures.
Special mention to Mr. Jithin who guided us through the huge tower. Each floor has every thing a house needs.
