There are not enough words to describe how thankful we are for your wonderful care during my pregnancy, labor & delivery. You've helped to bring a perfect miracle into our lives. We're grateful to have worked with such a knowledgeable, friendly and welI organised department and especially Dr. Reshma Rasheed, Nursing Head Jomi who were really supportive and approachable even for small matters or concerns. All the staffs were extremely gentle and patient including neonatalogy and helped us to to make this journey even smoother. Thanking everyone and wishing more success.

Excellent services and facilities. Employees are compassionate and keen on the patient's comfort. Thanks to the entire Meitra crew, especially Doctor Krishnadas N. C and Dr. Deep P Pillai, and DNB doctors for providing excellent care and support. One of the most notable aspects is that the doctors are not only treating the sickness but also attempting to figure out the root cause of the disease.

Doctors, nurses and other staff who provide very good services. Clean environment and clean water availability

Doctors are Okey. But worst experience with the security personal. They are very rude. I have lost my umbrella on 28.09.23 4pm and when I asked, they said it's very common here and they just ignored my complaint. However I am going to approach the authorities.

Wonderful experience with Meitra Hospital. Dr. Shanavas Kakkad was a wonderful Gastro surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Meitra Hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.

I was admitted in Meitra Hospital first time for ortho issues. By the way have been treated I could say it as the best hospital for ortho patients in terms of their service and hospitality. Staffs were friendly and empathetic with the patients and took care of them very attentively.and one miss adisha floor coordinator she very helpful and very polite, she helps us to fasten the discharge process. I and my family will always be grateful to the doctor especially Dr Sameer Ali and his team.

hospital is very clean, staff behavior is awesome, care in hospital is satisfactory though cost is a bit high,

A huge hospital complex with almost all fesilities and departments of modern medicine and treatment, have a very wide parking area outside and caftereas stores n pharmacy inside. Service inside the canteen is not good, even they are not ready to supply water for the customers (most of them are patients) even after charging for food as equal to better restaurants out side

Had been to the hospital for my mother's knee replacement surgery. We had very good experience at the hospital. The doctors, Dr. Sameer Ali and Dr. Basheer were very kind and considerate. Very courteous and helpful staff, Jeeja from insurance and coordinator Khanu to name a few. Hospital is well equipped and with top notch facilities.

We are treated like we are in a government hospital.we opted private hospital for faster treatment but it takes time more than any private hospital for insurance reimbursement and related issues

Pros: Hospital with world class infrastructure led by a great team of health care professionals, providing best quality treatment at an affordable cost. Really pleased by the service provided by the team.

Cons: Pharmacy - The token system for delivery of medicines is a bit slow in execution.

People were so kind at the admission desk in emergency also the cardiology Doctors and nursing team was superb and taken care well my patient. The assigned room at 4th floor was elegant. One thing you should tell about the window view.morning it was amazing and refreshing.only one suggestion to recruit more empathetic people as floor coordinator. The lady who attend me was not at all suitable for the position. She didn’t even listen to me properly. I believe they are assigned for ensuring the best patient experience!

Changing my previous opinion.never suggest health check up on meitra.paid my half salary morning eight o clock and still they not completed the check up.too much waiting n front of the doctor rooms.bad experience

MEITRA is the worst hospital i have ever visited as they are only concerned about making money.it is better to go seek government hospitals than going to such money minded hospitals.
Had very bad experience.very high hospital charges for everything.they charged 36000rs for two days of admission for vomiting and fever and no specialist doctor came for consultation.the doctor could not even tell what the cause of the illness was even after doing various blood tests, endoscopy and ultrasounds.the main doctor did not even take a look and when we asked they said that she had gone for annual leave.even after doing these tests and spending money they could not tell what the illness was.they were clearly MONEY MINDED.they charged 5000rs for a standard room including the nursing charges, food and laundry but in the final bill they had added extra money for nursing even for the gloves and scrubs they used.because no care given we had asked for discharge and these people said there is still one more result to come and they kept us in for another whole day taking 5000rs extra.

I got a new experience from meitra hospital which I cannot explained with one word because they are doing the best services in the world.

The hospitel is too neat. You don't feel it like a hospitel. You can avoid the hospitel feel and it will make you relax. The staffs are so soft and well behaving. The bill can be expensive for low/ middle middle class families.

എൻ്റെ ഉപ്പയെയും കൊണ്ട് രാവിലെ 10 മണിക്ക് admission എടുക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി പോയി. ഉപ്പക് sugar ഉണ്ട്. ഞങ്ങൾ രണ്ടുപേരും ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചില്ല.
ഉച്ച കഴിഞ്ഞു 4: 30 കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും ഞങ്ങളെ അങ്ങോട്ടും ഇങ്ങോട്ടും ഇട്ടു തട്ടി കളിച്ചു. Doctors വന്നുമില്ല. വരും എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞു. ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാൻ ഒരു വഴിയും ഇല്ല. ക്യാൻ്റീനിൽ പോയപോ എന്തൊക്കെയോ ഒടക്ക് പറഞ്ഞു.

എൻ്റെ ഉപ്പാക് sugar കാരണം ഭക്ഷണം പോലും കഴിക്കാതെ വന്നപ്പോ വിറയൽ വന്നു. അത് അവിടെ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോ അവർക്ക് ഒരു കൂസലും ഇല്ല.

One of the best hospitals in Kerala in terms of infrastructure and doctors. They are also very technologically advanced, always introducing new technologies like home COVID care etc. Security services can be made more professional.

Very poor nursing care.we were admitted in 5th floor.not getting sufficient facilities in the ward[222]. Ward is A/C, but it is not working.don't have fan also.and we have to pay 4500 for a single day.my mother suffered alot, atlast asked for room, where we have to pay 7000 per day.

I took an appointment to consult one doctor and arrived on time.unfortunately I waited for more than one hour for the consulting, then what's the point of having an appointment.staff are unprofessional and does not support the patient or visitors. Radiology and Imaging is the worst, waited for almost more than 3 hours for no reason to get the scanning done. Staff over there dont give any consideration or respect to patient and visitors time. They are pshycho enjoying to keep patient to wait. This was reported of front office and got a feedback that they can't do any thing. Meitra should replace may I help you signage in front office to "I can't help you". Extremely disappointed with the consultation and time consumed.whost experience

I arrived in air ambulance from Patna to kozhikode hospital called Meitra. My emotional and physical trauma was at extremes due to sufferings and insensitivity in a hospital called Ruban in Patna where i lost hope that i will make it out ever. My transfer to Meitra hospital on 4 th may was my day of good times in healthcare, i say so because as i landed and entered ambulance at airport it was all different world for me.smiling faces that i missed before who comforted me.amazing part was that in ICU i was so well observed,   every data monitored on day-to-day basis and i saw that care took my healing to another level where i felt 75 % awesome and i was most happening guy of ICU eating and listening music whole day.that was definitely a celebration of my everyday.

7 people definitely need to be mentioned who attended me day night in ICU and became true part of my healing. Vipin, jithin, dilul, aishwarya, rosemerry, laxmi and Shirsha. I had most fun and coolest emotional moments with them.

My wife was tested covid positive and I contacted Maitra hospital for their online monitoring equipment. Next day they installed the equipment beside my wife’s bed.
Many thanks to the installation and monitoring team for their 24 hour monitoring and also the doctor for the video calls to my wife for updating health conditions and answering her queries. It was a great support to her during the difficult time. The charges are reasonable comparing the services they are doing. They were sending monitoring reports also. Really good service. Excellent support by medical team.i came to this hospital for covid treatment. They gave me a device and advised me to keep it below my bed, so that they could monitor my health condition 24×7. I went there with much worries over my health condition and doctor was much supportive and he alleviated my pain and worries. I kept the device as advised and my mother received phone calls from sister, informing health conditions in each day.i also recieved video calls from doctors seeking my recovery.any how this device was much helpful for me.and they adopted marvellous technology to support.i simply express my sincere gratitude to medical fraternity at mietra hospital for the services they offered.

During this Covid, I have referred many of my intimate well wishers and family members to many leading hospitals. Few of them were in desperate condition, with no hope of recovery. What I learnt in handling these painful situations, role of a physician and health care servants is truly remarkable which can surely change the destiny of an individual if almight had given him few more breaths in this world.

I wanted to salute and thank the management and Doctors of mithra for their relentless support in serving one of my senior associate PK Aboobakkar haji and his family. It was in last minute emergency before shifting to ventilator in a leading hospital, myself took a risky decision to shift to mithra with the confidence of an inner call.

More than a month, back to back treatments and sleepless nights for him and family, I was literally stressed. But I was very much confident seeing the heartfelt consideration of physicians under a very cool and sharp monitoring of Dr Arun head ICU. More over that family was well taken care with unparalleled care and support given by dear Raoof customer care manager, I felt many at times he is a real asset and brilliant professional.

Extremely good hospital with polite helpful staff, spotlessly clean and great ambience. Have seen most hospitals around calicut and Meitra is several notches above all the others.
Special mention about the Urology dept.led by Dr. Manikandan who was very reassuring and competent. Also the staff there Mr. Sajeesh who was was so helpful and guided us throughout.
Last but not least the patient care dept was exceptional in their efficiency and friendliness with again special mention to Ms Ranjana and Ms Regina who were practically on call whenever needed. Insurance went without any hassle. A discharge on sunday was a bonus.
