They treat you like criminals once you enter the store. I have never seen any store in Trivandrum that treats you that way. Very disrespectful mannerisms.

I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude from the owner. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from the owner was truly shocking. Will never go again

Bad customer service, have been insulted several times by the staff. They seems like a supervision camera when people with normal clothes and accessories get in the store. They stare very badly and that lady staff scolded for spending some time in the soap section looking for a right soap. And paid 25/- for 10 A4 size papers. Hell of a store

One stop for household stuff to groceries. It's a small place but has lots of products. Helpful staffs

Not happy with the shopping at she square. Items are over priced, some items even higher than mrp. Items bundled on offers are sold individually with higher price!

Extremely bad service. I had been waiting at the cash/Check out counter for almost 10 minutes. No one in sight. A man who said he can't log in to the machine, kept reassuring me the cash guy will come soon.

Meanwhile, I call my wife who was waiting outside in the car. By then the cash guys arrive.

The first guy opens another counter away from where I was standing and attends to a customer who came in after me.

By then, my son walks in to the shop to find out why I am late.

The guy in charge of the counter where I was standing, starts to bill.

I tell my son I have been waiting here for 10 minutes. The counter guy barges in and said it's not 10 minutes. I said it's OK. Let's not spoil each other's moods. Get the job done and move on.

Unfortunately, he wouldn't let go. He said he has to be there till 10pm and don't want to spoil the mood either. Having said that, he was in a mood to provoke me. Just hanging on to the 10 minutes part.

I politely told him, give us the bill and we are on our way. He was like, you don't have to buy them.

I insisted for the bill.

That's when the other guy shouted out: ARE YOU DRUNKEN?

My son and I promptly walked out without buying the things.

NEVER EVER INSULT YOUR CUSTOMERS. You did that on 4 occasions. 1. You came late to the counter. 10 minutes or less, doesn't matter. 2. I never complained to you about being late. You put your head into a conversation that I was having with my son. 3. Even if you did you should have left it at that when I asked for the bill. 4. NEVER TRY TO COVER YOUR MISTAKES BY FALSELY ACCUSSING SOMEONE ELSE.

The WORST supermarket i ever been. The owner of the shop (goatee guy) is so rude to almost everyone; customers (even to regular customers which doesn't make any sense), and his staffs. I personally seen him using fowl languages to customers 5 to 6 times in different occasions (I went there for atleast 10 times)
The store is average, don't bug there veggies lol
Also the shop is not crowded bec u guessed it, of the bad services

An amazing supermarket available in a very easy to find place.all kinds and varities of products are available here.i am truly satisfied by the services provided by them.the staffs were very helpful.they treated me very well.

A small supermarket that is located in the vicinity of many residential buildings. A handy shop where one can quickly drop by to buy if in a hurry. They offer home delivery services. But the prices of the products are high.

This is the only shopping centre in this locality. Get all thing like margin free shop. But things are very expensive compared to other shops. Anadiyil Hospital near the shop. So the patient's and relatives for this hospital mainly depend on this shop.

Almost as good as any other supermarket. Only needs to be organized a little better. Wide range of goods and some which are not so easily available elsewhere. Location has very good potential.
As for discounts, I noticed that there IS some reduction in their price in the bill although it is not advertised on the shelves. Expiry dates not being paid attention to is a common problem in all these shops which are not part of a chain, you just have to be that much more careful.

Above average facilities management. Groceries are kept arranged. Customer service has to improve. Hosehold items are available here. No offers or discounts available. Good parking facilities at basement. Easy accessible from Thekkummoodu junction.
