Well maintained Salon and Spa

I'm a customer since last 6 years.

Lot of guys to work there mostly north Indians, nothing wrong with them i but i think there should be some locals ateast at the reception to handle things, spacious, car parking is available, air conditioned

Only suggest to go before 6 pm

After 6pm the employees do hair cut with hell speed

With in seconds we will be paying the bill with a bla face

Majority of the staffs are from outside Kerala they act like they understood something and they will be doing something end of the show we will be the

Positives: Hairstylists who listen to how you want the hair to be cut. Owner/Manager who was available to review.
Cons: Footwear has to be removed while entering but the hair on the floor is not cleaned properly after every haircut.

Worst experience. I have gone to this shop in an expectation of high level of satisfaction and ended up with worst because of poor service. I donno about all the staffs but the one who took care of me was not even experienced. And the behaviour was so rude. Overpricing too that for this kind of service. Atleast learn to give a smile.
Customers are to be treated as the king. Even if u are not treating us as a king, atleast don't treat us as some one who came to take ur alms.

There is very bad behavior from the staffs, people are treated with prejudice.

After giving the tip, I realized that the staff is proud of getting a tip.

To Management,
Think of it as a service.

The level of service have gone down comparing to the initial stage.the hair dresser have a confusing attitute and they think as if they are in some jawed habibs saloon. This is cherthala not mumbai!

One of the best salon in and near cherthala alleppey district,

They have professional beauticians and hair cutting professionals.

I prefer AAJAD KHAN cause from the past 2 years he is setting my hair.

അവൻ അങ്ങനെ വെട്ടണം എന്നാഗ്രഹിച്ചു മുടി നന്നായിട്ടു വളർത്തി കൊണ്ടുവന്നതാണ് അങ്ങനെ വെട്ടാൻ പറ്റില്ലെങ്കിൽ കുഴാപ്പം ഇല്ല അവർക്ക് ചേർന്ന രീതിയിൽ അത് ചെയ്ത് തരാം എന്നെങ്കിലും പറയാൻ പറ്റുന്ന സ്റ്റാഫ്‌ആണെകിൽ നന്നായിരുന്നു

Very bad.fully dissatisfied,
they cut hair only for the money not for the customer satisfaction,
when I cut my son hair I told them many times how to cut but they never heard that and cut very badly.

I have never experienced such a pathetic service ever in my life. If you wish to get a good service please don’t visit this place. I went there for a haircut. The girl who washed my hair was a good one but I got my haircut from a guy. I clearly told him that I need a shoulder length cut with layers and bangs. He just gave a haircut as he liked and didn’t even asked me if it’s ok for me. He told me it’s finished and he removed the polythene cover and he went away. At the same time I was witnessing another girl with curly hair sitting for haircut.she also explained what she need and at last the lady who was cutting her hair did the same what happened with me. She told her thatt this is not what she need and the lady told her this is the only thing I can do right now because it’s curly hair.
And when I reached to the front desk they took 800 ruppees from me for that cringe hair cut which I’m still struggling with so please don’t visit this place?

The staff cut my hair very badly.only 5 min beard dream was very bad.then 300 combed.they do not cut as I said

It serves its customers by looking at the color of the skin, the beauty of the clothes and the size of the vehicle. I have not had a good experience since I went to cut my wife's hair. Even the girl didn't like the color of my wife.
Better put up a sign saying poor people please don't come. That is better than coming and being embarrassed.

Best salon in Cherthala for ladies. Mostly my services are done by Pinky. Very nice service treats me like a family member. Good ambience well maintained parlor. Not very expensive.

Staff behaviour was very rude and disturbing. They used their regional language to speak thinking we won't understand. Overall my experience was really bad
