Milano Ice Cream

We tasted 9 different flavours, its not upto mark, no customer service, we were waiting at counters and somebody else came and they taken order for others.

Definitely one of the best ice cream places, or rather I should say Gelato places in Kochi.

Pros:
1. Delightful flavours that keep changing
2. The ice creams are not just dumped in your cone, they are how should I say. Added layer by layer to make a beautiful desert.
3. The service is quick and helpful.
4. Light on the pocket despite being a quality product.

Cons:
1. The ambience could do with a makeover.
2. Parking is pretty much on the road, but then that's something you can't help with on MG.
The ice creams were delicious, and the presentation was also excellent. You have the option to try two flavors in one item. However, the ambiance is not that great; the building needs some renovation. Nevertheless, overall, everything is perfect – a delightful treat for your taste buds despite the minor setback in the atmosphere.

The waffles were nice and crispy. Gelato is very good quality. The nutella one had chunks of Nutella in it but I was a bit disappointed that i didn't get any hazelnuts (it was there in the display section). Black forest was okay. Ferrero Rocher was rich and tasty. Toppings are a bit expensive (chocolate sauce is 50rs)

Found gelatos for the first time. Tasted and loved it. Tried nutella, nutty, strawberry and pistachio cones. 1cone is enough for 2.worth every penny

Great quality ice cream available.different flavours to try out. Ice cream lollipops, cakes etc are available which are worth giving a try. The nutella flavour is my personal favourite and would definitely recommend to everyone. Price even though slightly on the higher side, its worth it. Great ambience and nice peaceful environment.

Milano, the renowned gelato bar that had garnered its fair share of attention, left me with a rather mixed impression. I must admit, I had anticipated a symphony of flavors and textures that would transport me to gelato nirvana. However, the reality was a tad less enchanting.

The variety offered at Milano was commendable, with a seemingly endless array of flavors to choose from. Yet, as I embarked on my gelato adventure, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was missing. While the flavors were decent, they lacked the depth and complexity that I had hoped for.

Texture, too, played a pivotal role in my gelato journey, and I found myself yearning for a more indulgent creaminess. The texture of the gelato fell somewhere between ethereal and underwhelming, leaving me with a sense of longing for that perfect balance that characterizes exceptional gelato.

One particular disappointment was the consistency of the gelato. It's as if each scoop had a mind of its own, ranging from just-right to slightly off-kilter. Perhaps this was an artistic attempt to keep me on my toes, but I confess, I prefer my gelato experiences to be a bit more predictable.

In the grand scheme of things, Milano's gelato can be described as "okish. " While it didn't quite reach the lofty heights of greatness I had anticipated, it still managed to provide a passable treat for my taste buds. It's the kind of place where you might indulge if convenience trumps a truly exceptional gelato experience. So, if you find yourself in need of a sweet fix and Milano is within reach, it might just suffice.

This is the best ice cream place in Ernakulam. It's a must try. Try the seasonal fruit flavours. The grape and passion fruit flavour will blow your mind. I also love the chocolate flavour, both dark and milk.

One of the finest icecream spots in Kochi. They make their own icecreams and has a wide variety of flavours in all its authenticity. They have good seating space too.

Amazing gelatos. Mouthwatering delicacies. A retro ambience too. Just love getting back there, again and again.

Visited a few days back had a 2 flavour cone cost is 110 for this. You can select the flavours. I had tender coconut and coffee. It was really good.

Loved this place as a quick mood elevator. I tried a small cup of tender coconut and nutties and a medium cup of white chocolate, diarymilk and tender coconut. The price is the same for all the flavours, it depends on the quantity that you choose. Reasonably good quantity for each cup. The tender coconut flavour was a little bland in taste, when compared to what we get in Naturals. Other flavours were great. And the ambience is peaceful with dim lighting and slow music. Had an amazing time. Meet you next time soon.

I had their waffles with Truffle and chocolate ice cream scoops.it tasted decent. They could increase the size of the dine in.as the place gets a lot of customers in the evening.

Absolutely loved it.for starting100Rs you can try two flavours.kids would love it. A must try!

Tip: if you're worried about parking, there is one just opp to it, one must go around. Its worth it.

A regular customer who loves their natural icecream. Have been a regular visitor to both Kochi and Bangalore shop. They got amazing flavours with natural ingredients.

Best place to have quality ice cream, good flavor selection, reasonable price, bank card accessible here. Little crowded at evening.

They have scoops for 100,150 and 200.it is better if you go for the 100 rupee scoop with mixed flavours if you are planning to eat more.
I did not give five star because of the parking issues they have. We have to park our vehicle somewhere else and walk to this shop.but you won't regret the walk as they are going to treat your tummy with yummy ice creams.

They serve the best fresh fruit ice cream flavors. They don't have parking space that is one drawback. Anyhow they are a great for ice cream lovers. Depending on the season their ice cream varieties keep changing. They have one and two scoop options. It is a small size outlet with some seating space.

I enjoyed having two scoops of different ice creams in a small cup. I tried marshmallow, tiramisu, dairy milk and Belgian chocolate.my favorite was Belgian chocolate. ️
Marshmallow had good amount of marshmallows in it.tiramisu could have had a piece of the cake, I felt it was missing.
Dairy milk seemed just like having the chocolate melting in my mouth.

The Ice Creams are fresh and really tasty. The best place to have ice cream in Cochin. This is a favorite stop for us every time we thing of having an ice cream. The quality is good and worth its price. The staff is courteous too. Amidst the array of flavors, the season specials are THE best.

Favorites. So hard to pick. Hazelnut, Berries and Extra Dark Chocolate! Oh my goodness those three are Killer! My wife is not a person who likes too many sweets but she loves Milano. The ice cream is not super sweet it is sweetened just sufficiently, the flavors very identifiable. Oh one more thing, if you like cones get the waffle cone. It is my favorite. The cone is fresh made and just delicious with this ice cream! You can buy scoop of the multi-flavored Rose Shaped Ice Cream.

It's great place for icecream cravers. It used to be a never melting cream in the beginning, now melts pretty fast, rest all are decent. Prices are cheap too.

Unique tastes of ice cream in nature form, one of the best tasty ice cream, use of natural fruit, nuts, dry fruits, milk etc are used in natural ice cream. Different varieties of seasonal and non seasonal fruit, nuts, dry fruits, grape, fruits ice cream are used here.

They have a lot of flavours. They actually serve Gelato. You get to choose two flavours for either the cone (₹10extra coz they say it's sugar coated) or cup. They have chairs where you can sit and enjoy the treat.

Good varieties of icecream and they taste good too. But really bad service. The tables were dirty with used tissue papers all over and they weren't even cleaning the tables between customers.

Their ice cream presentation is just beautiful and quantity and price both very reasonable. It’s located on the main road so parking spot may be a hassle but otherwise a must try in Kochi. I loved the schmitten, extra dark and dolce latte flavours but will probably try yoghurt flavour next time too.

This is so far THE BEST café I've ever been to in Kochi. It might also inarguably be the best café in Kochi. Well, here's why. Of whatever I have had from this cafe, be it shakes or waffles, this looks (and tastes) as if this is 100% genuine. In the images I've posted, I have posted you can see ice cream cake loaves and that is a real treat for the taste buds.
