Bakery items are good quality & feel fresh. The cafe has a nice ambience. The downside is that you can't get coffee there.

One of the best bakers in Edappal. I am not a fan of their cakes but other baked items are good.

Mio Bakery is undoubtedly one of the finest bakeries in town. It serves as a perfect spot for enjoying light snacks and refreshing drinks with family and friends. The establishment is thoughtfully designed with two stories, featuring the bakery on the ground floor and a comfortable dining area on the first floor.
The provision of ample parking spaces is commendable and adds to the convenience for customers.
However, to enhance the overall experience for families, especially women, it is strongly recommended for Mio Bakery to consider adding a dedicated toilet area.

Mio was truly the epitome of excellence when it reopened its doors in 2018 or 2019. However, regrettably, it has gradually lost its charm over time. The once immaculate dine-in area on the first floor has become disorganized and unkempt on occasions. Moreover, the conduct of the staff has somewhat deteriorated, lacking the exceptional level of professionalism it once possessed. There have been instances where the waiting time for service has become unduly prolonged, causing inconvenience to customers. Additionally, the beloved Puttu Ice Cream seems to have been priced beyond reason, tarnishing its appeal. On the bright side, the bakery continues to shine through its delectable assortment of cakes, expertly crafted and beautifully designed. In the past, the presentation of shakes and other beverages was equally remarkable, leaving a lasting impression on patrons. On occasion, it appears that the pricing of all their products leans towards the higher end. With a glimmer of hope, we eagerly anticipate a revival of the bakery's former glory.

The best bakery in this region, with quality products under great ambiance. The bakery is at its best now.

A situation that is not at all customer friendly is a factor that affects the survival of an organization. If staff do not interact well with customers, the future of the organization hangs in the balance. Management will take care.

Bakery is good but the food service is not very good. Takes long time and it is a bit unhygienic

It is getting dirtier everytime I visit. It was good when they opened. Now their upper floor where they have dining area is dirty.

I walked in as the bakery looked promising. Wanted to grab something fresh and was directed towards the cafe upstairs. The space had a disgusting stench that stopped me from taking a seat. I have no idea how people can consume in the presence of such disgraceful stench. Walked out of the store immediately.
