Material is good.product is really good.but the customer satisfaction is too bad. Cant get the order on time as they mentioned.or sometimes you wont get the products which you ordered.thats from my experience

Worst Place for Stitching.please stay away. Dont even deserve a single star.
I have given one Salwar and blouse for stitching and the experience was horrible. They stitch it to some different measurements. Eg: if you chest measure is 34, they will stitch it to 30 (Excuse if the eg is not apt. Im not a stitching expert. I hope you get what i mean). And they will blame cutting like we cut the material ourselves. 3 years back i gave the Salwar and they messed up the stitching. This time i gave a benefit of doubt and gave a blouse again. Again they messed up. It’s heartbreaking when they mess up with out costly cloths and act like they haven’t done anything. When you charge fee for a service atleast they should keep minimum standards. So please stay away if you dont wat to waste your money & material.
Reply to owner: I dont have the slip, as ur staffs misplaced it. Blouse was delivered on 25/11/2022 at 5: 30pm. Im sure you staffs will remember me.

One of the worst sticking centres I've ever encountered.

They lack customer service skills.

I came here seven times because her blouse kept sticking. I'm so over the centre. We would expect the miracle team to act with a minimum of ethics.

Every time we arrive, they explain that the staff has changed or sticking unit delayed etc.we felt that stitching unit were completely appointed with beginners

No professionalism, No ethics, No commitment. No timing.

Only ethical, accurate, and proper payment will do. Even if they won't offer any discounts if they stick to their worst practises.

I told my friends and relatives about the issue I had with the centre and was completely fed up with them.

If you value your time and money, I won't recommend going to the centre; please stay away.

This boutique has always kept their quality and design standards high. They have a huge collection of kurtis and salwars for all occasions ranging from office wears to party wears. Have purchased quite a few times from them and was delighted each time.

When something is good, I'm happy. But when things get borderline perfect, I review.

The fitting was too perfect, almost tailor-made for me. Speaking of tailors, excellent stitching as well. Screams quality all over. Soft material, and so comfortable to wear. My money has been spent well. Keep up the good work. Oh, the colour was simply lit. Surpassed my expectations.

Paid 3100 on May 18. Today July 22.still she dint deliver my dresses. No proper response also.

The staffs are not cooperative specially those who are working in material section. Iam totally disappointed

Perfect stitching, affordable rates and timely delivery when compare with other boutiques in paravoor. They have designers available who will guide us to customize our outfit. Many hand embroidery ready made kurthas and materials also available at their shop within our budget. Hightly recommended.
