We have very very bad experience. We took our weeding jodhpuri for alteration.he told that he will deliver in ten days and accordingly we went on tenth day to collect the given jodhpuri. But to our surprise and shock he has not done anything to our jodhpuri. He said that he will give it back in two hours time and after two hours we went to collect we noticed that he has done the alteration very very hurriedly that is in two hours time. And the alteration was so bad that entire lookup and getup was been changed and also he made it very loose that the entire fitting was changed. Comparing to the original jodhpuri. And also he so stupid tailor that he don't know to place hooks on the button strip of the jodhpuri. As the hooks is seen abruptly. And all our entire jodhpuri is of no use and we are afraid that we can not use this jodhpuri for the function and more over he has not maintained the jodhpuri as we have noticed white paste like stains on back side of jodhpuri. AND APART FROM ALL THIS HE HAS CHARGED US VERY VERY EXORVITANTLY (1500/-) JUST FOR A SMALL ALTERATION. WE ARE PLANNING TO GIVE CASE AGAINST THIS TAILOR MR. RAJESH OF MIRACLE TAILOR IN CONSUMER COURT. IN OUR LIFE TIME WE HAVE NEVER SEEN A UNSKILLED TAILOR LIKE RAJESH. WE SINCERELY REQUEST ALL OF YOU NOT TO VISIT THIS TAILOR IN YOUR LIFE TIME. WE WOULD LIKE TO GIVE MINUS ZERO STAR FOR THIS GUY. BUT UNFORTUNATELY GOOGLE START WITH ONE STAR. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON WE ARE GIVING ONE STAR OTHERWISE WE WOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM DOUBLE TRIPLE MINUS STAR. WE ARE IN GREAT LOSS OF 8500 WHICH WAS THE ORGINAL COAST OF JODHPURI.

Time line and behaviour of staff is so unfair. I given my blazers for alteration on 27 July
They told they will deliver the item (blazer) on 4th August and was mentioned in bill (just a writing in page). We called them on 4th August they told its not ready, we went to the place on 11th August they told it is not ready yet but we will make it ready by 7: 00 pm. Then we again went at 7: 00 pm, at that time one fellow was still stitching our coat. We are so surprised and so angry.then they told us to come on Saturday, but we went on sunday and that day that guy is shouting at us and showing anger because we called them on a sunday which is a holiday. We told we are coming from long distance but they shouted that they can’t give today.

I paid them money through google pay and i have evidence for it, but they didn’t gave me a proper bill or receipt, which just a note, i think this is against the GST rules and IT rules of this country.

I needed a blazer and pants altered and they were so swift to get the work done.

For the price they took for alteration it's probably good. However I don't like shops which slip on timeline they give. They made me wait a long time even though the delivery date had already slipped.

The best ever seen.just arrived from uae.wanted a suit for my marriage within few days.they got me the best suit. I gave them cloth. Thank you

Loved it a lot.felt like very experienced staff. Work finished before the demanded date. I think emergency stiching is also available. But accessing the shop felt little difficult due to it's position and surrounding conditions.
