Great service, I had done a hair spa, hair & beard styling and facial, a special mention to Shahrukh, who took great care in delivering the services.

A couple of points to note - Always reserve an appointment before hand, and even then make some time as these services take time.

I went yesterday for hair cut and face facial, very pathetic experience, they don't know even how do facial. I asked them i need experienced person for my hair cut, but un experienced 18 years old boy did my hair cut was un professional.this saloon cheating the society.

I have bad experience with this saloon. They cheated us. Me and my went yesterday evening on this spa and we both go for hair spa and they think that we first time doing the hair spa they don't know how to do spa simply charged around 3.5 k
Cheating is their trade value. Idiots

Took my daughter for a haircut, she and my wife told her preference to the hair dresser and asked his suggestion for what would be good for her.however he was very disinterested and too rude. In short he said that nothing can be done you better leave indirectly in a rude way.very rude and unprofessional behaviour by the staff.will never go back. If there was a zero review point I would have given as 0. We walked out not ready to take this nonsense.

Best place u could possibly go for a haircut…and jomon Chettan is genuinely concerned on giving u the best look possible.after visiting them u never feel like taking ur hair care needs elsewhere…be it colouring.styling…treatments they top it all…

Wrost spa, using only local producta insted of showing branded, using expired product, which normally no body is asking, not experienced beatician, pl don't go, which ur skin get more damage

Sorry to say but this mirror magic has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, the manicure was a joke. The timing was ridiculous (they kept me waiting around forever) I left this salon with a headache from the stress i had there. Worst manicure I've ever had - please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free manicure. They are desperate for customers and I see why.

It was a great experience here. My first hair cut. And my haircut done by a bhiayya shafi named something. He is soo nice person. I decided to visit this place only for him because, he is very excellent in haircut. And know very much about how to deal with a customer. Thank you bhaiyya.we'll meet again. Insha allah.

Me and my friend had visited mirror magic for haircut and hair coloring and we had an amazing experience here. The staff was so helpful and listened what what we want and suggested really good ideas for our hair. My friend opted for balayage and I did ombré hair coloring and the results were really beautiful. Mirror Magic salon is one of the best salons in Kerala. The staff here are very professional and cater to your needs. I got my global hair colouring as well as hair cut and I am so happy with the results. The salon is also well maintained and are super hygienic. I would definitely recommend the salon.

There was a good rapport with the hairstylists, especially Mr. Firoz. I was made comfortable and could discuss what design I wanted with great ease. The work felt strictly professional and punctual.

I got a haircut from Mirror magic. I have to say they did a pretty good job with my hair. But the attitude of the staff was not at all welcoming. They act like they don't care whether the costumer feels comfortable or not. They just want to get the work done and move on. I can understand they maybe tired. But after almost 1.5-2 hrs waiting for a haircut, the costumer is just as tired. Of they want costers to go back or refer them, they need to start behaving better.

Friendly staff. I've been there after last year's lock down. Santhosh did my hair cut.my looks totally changed. I'm impressed. Thank you Magic mirror. Unfortunately I could give my feed back only now.

After seeing the reviews I took my wife to this place for hair smoothing. They charged me 12000 for their service and granted 6-7 month of hair straight. But after her second shower her hair came back to wavy. Don’t get scammed. Won’t recommend this place. Total disappointment.

Recently I did keratin treatment by spending Rs 8500/-. They told me to use MK shampoo. I bought it from their Idappily branch by spending Rs 3400/-. When they did the treatment my hair looked so beautiful. I have updated the same in my profile pic. And few days later i did my first hair wash. After that my hair became bad.straighten and smoothening effect is gone.not able to manage my hair.looks very frizzy.now my hair doesn't looks like I spend 12000/- rupees.wasted my time, money and hair.

Wonderful team. Great staff. Hair stylist Althaf attended me. I was very satisfied by the service. Price was comparitively more. 500/- for just haircut and beard trimming. Good music as well.

I really had a great experience at this shop. It was a long time wish to style and colour my hair. But I was not much confident about that. Worst experience. I use to be a regular customer but I literally had a bad experience for more than 2 times. I felt like choosing a local saloon would be better option.

The place is decent, neat and quite pocket friendly. When I went there for the first time, I had long hair and was pretty doubtful about making it short. I thought to give it a try anyway and had my haircut and highlighting done by Sameer. I have to say I just loved the new look. He was very professional and cut my hair with precision.

Good staff. May be due to the pandemic, there is no pre booking available, which makes it a bit inconvenient. But the waiting queue is moving fast, so, it's not that much an issue.

Service is really good, but it very costly. 500rs for Gents haircut is a ripoff. Also expected a bit more hygiene, saw 1,2 employees not wearing mask properly.

The service is pathetic. There is no place available for customers for waiting. Also it is too hot inside. I was sweating the whole time. The air conditioning seemed to be broken. The customer handling is not upto mark. It is not at all customer friendly. The person who did my hair was too distracted. And also the cost is too high in comparison to shafeenas and sajith&sujith. I won't recommend it to anyone.

I went there for hair coloring. Last year I got my hair colored there, and I was very well satisfied. So expecting the same service, I went there. I have curly hair, and the guy who was doing my hair was so rough and careless! He did put soo much heat in it & It is still damaged. The color looks every cheap & unevenly done and my hair is so damaged even after a month. My hair became so thin and the colored strands look lifeless. When the guy who did color asked other one to wash my hair, and when he opened the foil paper I could see his face going dark, because it was knotted very badlyy. I didn't posted a review then considering it was just a bad stylist, and thinking that my hair will heal. BUT, my hair is still so much damaged that no matter how much moisture I put in, it will wither out frizzy. So curlies beware! Speak up if you think the stylist is being rough with your hair.

Punctual, conversational, systematic, worth the money and a great experience. Mr Jomon gave me a high low bob cut and I love it. They were even kind enough to blow dry my 12 inch of hair that was cut off for donation. Thank you guys. Will be back.

Awesome experience! Clean and classy place. I did haircut (feather and layer) as well as haircoloring (mix of blonde and brown shades). Stylist Alex was patient enough to understand my requirements and did his job perfectly well. He gives well and good suggestions for hair care. No promotions for any brand. Reasonable rates too. I had a huge hair crisis with a weirdly grown fringe which they averted real gracefully! 5 stars for that! The ambience is good and the staff are really friendly. I loved what they did with my hair. Worth every penny! Certainly would go again!
