Super fantastic room service and the owner was too kind to us. He and his son helped us a lot.

Nice stay.little far from the town. But breath taking view. Very good to stay if your heading to Cochin/alleppy.manager shibi is very helpful and kind.

Its located in a place where we can enjoy the beauty of mist in mountains.

Worst experience i have faced last week.
Me and friends booked 2 rooms and the bedsheets are full of stains and the rooms was not at all cleaned as mentioned, and the owner or staff I don’t know actually who was there his attitude towards the customers are too awkward. Not recommended for families.

This resort is not good the rooms were not clean tv was and fan was not working and the caretaker shibis attitude was very bad! Never recommend this resort in munnar

Good & easy location, Ample car parking, Excellent view, Neat & Clean Room, All the amenities required are there, No Sound, Very Nice Host & Staff, owner maintained the property himself very nice person, ever smiling Chef.

Very Worst Experience from the Resort & from Owner-or Care tacker
He was using abusive words, Third rate language in-front of our family, Ladies & kids as we were given the feedback on food

We booked 2rooms for 2 Families with high price 8k+
But provided very low class rooms mentioned in the photographs like Smell like fish market, un neat rooms, low class bed with stains, Not safe for children's
In front of the room is like drainage (mentioned in the pics) Food ordered was average, Over priced, Served very delayed

Everything else was adjustable

But

The worst part was the concerned person (Owner) he is shouting like anything &
Used abused words, Insults, verbal harassment for our whole family

We are regularly travelling to different resorts &places regularly booking with goibibo and experience was really great

But this was the worst one ever had
And he spoiled our holiday too.

I stayed there for 3 nights. I am giving one star with the below reason.
First I am mentioning the good things I observed there.
1. The place is good. It is almost 8-9 km away from the city.
2. The behavior of the manager Shibi is good.
3. He helped booking the tickets for Punarjani classical fusion and martial arts show.
4. He also guided the places to visit there.
Now I am mentioning the NOT good things I observed there.
1. Rooms are not maintained properly.
2. There are ants, insects here and there inside/outside of the room and bathroom.
3. They don't offer complementary stuffs like news paper, water bottle, tea/coffee/sugar/powder milk pouches etc.
4. No kettle to prepare tea/coffee/hot water there in the room.
5. They don't provide tooth brush and paste, shampoo, etc.
6. The room I booked with around 6.5K per night, so these basic complementary things must be provided.
7. If they can not provide, then they should not charge this high amount.
8. Food quality is very very bad. I must say it is pathetic.
9. For me, they charged for everything. Nothing complementary there.
10. Complementary breakfast also they even did not provide.
11. They charged very high amount for this 3rd class breakfast, lunch and dinner.
12. All these 3 days, I only found idly and upma for breakfast with very poor quality. No taste at all.
13. They charge for dinner, but they only provide the items they prepare. No option to choose any items.
14. As I was not able to eat with the items they provided, I asked for omelets for breakfast and dinner. The funny part is they did charge extra amount for this also.
15. The 3rd class veg items they prepare, it is really hard to eat.
16. I see only beans and carrots with some water mixed and they say it is veg curry/corma etc.
17. The rice and vegetables were not cooked properly.
18. The beans are almost completely raw.
19. Due to this 3rd class foods, my family got stomach issues.
20. I asked for curd as I thought to give only curd rice to my son due to stomach issues, they provided rotten curd.
21. It was not fresh and smell was also coming from it.
22. So, we were not in a position to eat this.
23. The towel they provided, small small fiber comes out of it.
24. Not usable as entire face/hand will be covered with this.
25. I have informed Shibi about this and as expected, no action was taken.
26. They did not change the towel.
27. I paid almost 18.5K through MMT for 3 nights and I got the above mentioned facilities from them.
28. I will surely not choose this hotel if I go to Munnar in future.
29. Completely waste of money.

There are insects in the room like cockroaches and snails. So do not take a room which is near the wall or not in between two rooms.

A budget friendly property with well maintained rooms & a fabulous view. They have kept the rooms very tidy and are occupied with all the basic amenities. As the property is situated at a higher terrain, the view that it offers is unmatched, not just from rooms but from the restaurant area too. Also the property has got proper access and ample parking facilities!

We spend two days in Mist Inn with family. Excellent View. Room are Good and clean. All the staffs behavior are good. It's a best choice family stay.

Just Fabulous! A perfect spot in munnar with family at affordable prices especially the rooms it was super tidy real luxury style the wonderful view from there I even saw the sengulam dam, Idukki dam, and cheruthony dam 80 kms away the staff there was polite and always with a smile on face I would reccomend this resort for everyone

Worst hotel. The photos looks good but in reality hotel is worst and receptionist also very rude. Be aware before booking

Very good resort with amazing view and perfect location with reasonable price. (1 room, 2 adults + 2 children = 2000₹, price on the map 1981₹)

A decent resort with neat rooms, friendly staff and good dining area, close to highway, yet bit difficult to reach with steep road, you have to come down to the road for purchase as kitchen was not working at the time of check in

Hot water available, rooms are spacious enough, lacks wifi connectivity, where most service providers have good coverage

Enough parking for 5 cars, well maintained areas, ideal for small to medium teams.

Awesome.stayed two days good breakfast and dinner mainly the staff behaviour was excellent. Way to the resort was a little bit difficult, off-road lover's must visit here. It's 8 km before from Munnar, it's first we planned to take room before Munnar was the right decision.
All previous single star reviews recovered.now it's clean good ambience. Strongly recommend for friends and colleagues.

Its not just a resort; but you would feel it as your “second home” mates! You wont get a single chance to worry about anything once you step in to their premisses. I literally mean anything; from accommodation to food, inside fun like camp fire BBQ and other outdoor activities. I was so flattered by one of the owners to whom I made a call to enquire about the property. I have a handful of concerns about the food and accommodation since my father is so sick. But they assured everything via phone; though I didnt trust them at first, to be frank. But I was so amazed by their hospitality. It is started from the front desk staff, Achu. She is a young vibrant lady with a smile on her face always and a lot of energy to provide maximum comfort to her guests by co-ordinating everything. I cant stop writing without mentioning about Sini chechi; the great artist with a blessed hand who feed us very well with her delicious vast blend of North Indian and South Indian dishes. Every single person, even my sick father, pleased and satisfied completely with the overall service. I will recommend this property without a second thought if you travel with your family. Cheers!

Really comfortable place to stay. The staff helped out with any of our needs. A very nice view out of our room. The room was very cozy and clean to stay at. Bathrooms could be improved slightly but still easily manageable. Location to travel to any place (for outing) seemed pretty good as well.

We stayed in mist inn for 3 nights.we came to Munnar during our annual vacation from UK to kerala. The resort sits on top of a hill and all rooms and suites have a balcony which has a beautiful view of the mountains and especially good in the mornings when you can see it covered by mist and then slowly clearing up as you sit and watch. It is a cute place and very calm and quiet. Rooms have good double sized bed which gives a relaxing sleep. Bath room is of good size has a wash basin, closet and shower.
Food is by order and the chef made all items we requested. It is a homely environment and chef Marian and Manager Abhilash tries their best to cater to all needs. Make sure you order by evening to get what you want for dinner. Breakfast is kerala/ south indian.idly, dosa, appam etc. With curries all of excellent quality served in a neat environment. They also served food in room whenever we requested.

Overall if you like a homely, cute environment away from home in a beautiful location, with nice rooms, then Mist Inn can be your ideal choice.

A wonderful stay with a breathtaking view of the mountains:) clean! The house keeper is super helpful and kind and gives advice when needed. I would recommend it 100%. Breakfast was traditional Kerelan food plus westerner style.

Mist Inn என்ற பெயருக்கு ஏற்றவாறு மாலையில் மேகம் தவழ்ந்து வருகிறது. மேலாளர் என்ன தேவை என்று கேட்டு நம் தேவையை நிறைவேற்றித் தருகிறார். தங்குமிட வசதிகள் போதுமானவை. ஆனால் வாகன நிறுத்துமிடம் போதுமானதாக இல்லை.

Lovely place to stay for viewing the mountains. Staffs are responsive but we must order the foods bit early. Insects bite us due to the damp plants and areas nearby. Free WiFi is available here. Overall it is a good place to stay.

Nice cosy stay. Rooms are not that big for the price you pay.when we went there was no restaurant options, apart from that it was a pleasant stay. Friendly staff

Lovely place. The folks working there could not possibly be nicer and more attentive. Not super luxury, but one doesn't go to Munnar to sit around in their room. That being said, everything is clean and very comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning, and if you want to go elsewhere for other meals, there's plenty of options nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We were the second guests under new management. We arrived with no booking. We were welcomed by the hotel staff, showed different room options and fully informed about the costs. Each room has a balcony with a view of the mountains, great bonus. The room was spotless clean, specious and comfortable. Nice & comfy bed, in general everything is better compared to other places we stayed in so far. They serve both continental and Indian breakfast which we tried and was very tasty. Excellent customer service at any time. Great location, very close to Munnar but far enough to be quiet. On the way to Munnar breath taking views of tea plantations. Amazing place!
